I'm legally deaf these days and it's difficult for me to understand things when I can't see the mouth
Maybe just some soothing classic type stuff? Being Sunday morn and all

Oh no, really. I'm sure there'll come a day where I won't listen to much music, difficult to imagine.
Who did you like though? any favorites?
I like a little dance so I need something, rock-ish, foreigner maybe.

Yes dear, and there is no need to be sorry It actually has it's good points!

It means that without my hearing aids (two) I hear nothing at all; with them I hear quite a bit... but my comprehension is gone so if I can't see the person's mouth while they are speaking I hear them but can't understand what they say. That's the part that I really miss, not being able to understand. Until I was 30 my comprehension was at 98%, now it is 0 .

And I dearly love country & gospel music but ... sigh, unless I have memorized the songs it's pretty pointless.

I do know ASL (sign language) and sometimes teach it for the local college

Good thing is, if sounds are annoying me I can always shut them off!

Difficult? Hummm, it depends on the person. Some are surprised at how quickly they can pick it up

On the Wedding, I believe it will be rather small; family and their class at church (who are actually the one's throwing the wedding and all for them).
There will be a reception of some sort but all will finish before church begins so I suppose we'll be out from oh 4:30 to 6:30ish?

it's been like a half hour and I've hit a wall already!.. People need to be more specific about what they want, this thing will be stuck with them for life.

I'm not funny often. Intelligent? Only when I have time to think and rethink and edit and re-read what I've wrote then rethink and edit some more and hit send then go back and edit some more.

Someone here said they are 'a jack of all trades, master of none'? That's pretty much me. I know a little bit about a lot of things.....just enough to be dangerous!

There are a few of us that erm....table dance if persuaded with a little liquid courage.

I have half an hour to play. Potatoes are peeled and sliced (thank GOD for food proccesors!). Sitting in a bowl of cold water, waiting to be assembled later.

I'm the super organized type. I made an excellent office manager/bookkeeper <~~~ favorite word ever! I love double letter words and bookkeeper has 3(!). That's probably one thing the Lurkers don't know about me. I tend to not talk about myself too awful much....especially my early years. No sense in bringing up crap that I can't change and if I was able to, I wouldn't be who I am today. I kinda like me, now.
