I haven't seen Torey yet today... I imagine she is back up by now... unless she caught the sleeping bug all the others seem to have lately! That would be good if all our insomniacs could get good nights of sleep!

Nope not tired of the scarf at all! I like a good scarf! Have a few and always like to see another! Pics?

Will do. It's a skinny scarf. Easy, and quick to make up. It's to wear with a fleece type jacket, lighter weight, not bulky. Just to have a little something to throw around your neck really. She loves them, well, I do too.

Well, quiet doesn't really mean that. Hubs should be a ref so I hear him call each play before the guys on tv do. Funny cuz he is always right! We watch football everyday but Tuesday and Wednesday, only then cuz they don't have any games then...

Welsh, no football, but rugby and soccer are big there, right?

You are correct Lori! Rugby is bigger than soccer here in Wales.
Had the pleasure to go watch our national team play against Tonga a few weeks back.

Welsh, That's always a good day! Yeah! What did you decide to go with for a design, seemed the request was so wide open I couldn't begin to guess what you would choose to do!

Lori, I don't have any skinny scarves. I should make one, I have a ton of yarn to use up! I started collecting scarves in Europe when I realized how very handy they are to have, plus they make a nice memento that doesn't take up too much room and isn't collecting dust when you get home! Then last time when I broke my elbow and it was in the fall and I really found out how good they can be for a wrap as well as a scarf I increased my scarf wardrobe in a huge way. Now I am rarely without one!

She explained to me her reason behind wanting "time heals all wounds" and I went with a pocket watch on a chain, the quote in a banner with the chain being sewn in to the skin. I'm sure I'll be able to post it without too much difficulty, now it's been sold, it has to be inked and cleaned up. So the draft design should be fine.

That always helps! It is so much easier when you understand what is intended. Funny how the same sentence can mean so many different things to so many different people... for that matter if you show 10 people the same pic they all give a different story when asked to tell a story about what that means to them...

Hey! That's nice ... and Lotus flowers will be loverly!
It's plenty big when we click on it to enlarge it, but it sure hurts me to look at those "stitches" I guess that's called realism

I know what you mean. Our babies are our world around here! When we went to find a gift for the DIL the other day it was all I needed, Poppa bought a pink pickup truck for Bella among the other un-needed gifts we bought! Lord protect me from any more stores between now and Christmas! The bad news is I am going to have to go to wally world for another inhaler before Christmas day, that is going to be ugly! Has to be during pharmacy hours... View attachment 283779

It is going well here. I am going to have to mix Bruce some new juice... he is low on 7 star and also on his strawberry with french pipe he says. Best to mix while there is a touch left in the bottle, somehow it helps it flavor faster and age better. He does love his strawberry!

I should finish up some more sewing too. I may depends on how much energy I get this afternoon...
