Dale, CB would've flipped out the night of the 10 millionth post contest!! Every refresh was a new page or so.

Lol on my phone every time I refresh it's 3 pages. I'm like whoa now haha. But I've been talking to my soon to be mother in law and jumped in the shower. I swear I felt my sinuses pop. Painful followed by sweet sweet relief guess the steroids and antibiotics are already working :)

Oh that's good. Warning: Gross out alert.....;)

My mom used to tell a story of an old time doc they would go to that knew the pressure points to release your sinuses, she said it was sooooooo nasty. She took my older sister once, he pressed wherever it was to release it all, and she said it could've filled a tea cup.
He would not show her where because he said it's not good to do it too often.

Why yes Dale, read on. ;)

My head though has had soooo much pressure but I haven't been congested or had a runny nose! The Dr said it was bad enough even my sinuses above my eyes were inflamed. She said the steroids would be good to cut down the mouth ulcers but knock the swelling down. I wasn't feeling it til the shower but now I'm a leaky faucet haha

This one (in particular) was on the face, around your sinus area. But I don't doubt there's one in your hand too. My DH would always squeeze the spot in between my thumb and first finger, that sort of web like area, and where the muscle is. He said that was supposed to relieve a headache. Yeah, it made your hand hurt so bad you forgot all about your headache.

Lol I'm surprised too :) I've been taking hot showers and using icy hot nightly with nothing. But that pop was horrid pain and then it was gone lol. Now that I'm out the pressure is kind of back but it's still draining some

Chiropractor...chiropractic. I wrote enough check to them years ago. That one I remember.

Yes, they can do it too!! Forgot about that. Well, not all are trained to do it, but yes...acupuncturists too....I think.

OB, did we lose you??
