There she is!! (picture may be mediocre, taken with my mp3 player.. DSLR batteries are dead!)
Got the batteries to stop rattling by putting a few wraps of electrical tape on them. This thing is AWESOME. I really love it already!! It's soo nice to be able to set it to whatever voltage you want.. it's also amazing to not have to take 10 second, lung collapsing drags to get a decent hit. The color is fantastic, and the brass is a lot brighter than it looked in all the pictures. It's also a hell of a lot smaller and lighter than I was expecting - easily pocketable. And ohh that nice clicky button!
I also just punched a carto about 10 minutes ago and got the tank fired up - WOW what a difference. Every drag tastes like you just topped it off! I also until about 10 minutes ago, had NO idea how terrible it is to try to get the glue off a carto! Peeled the label off in 10 seconds, thought to myself "well that was easy..?" and then proceeded to spend the next 20 minutes getting the damn glue off.
I punched the carto quickly with a deck screw because it's like 8* out right now and it was the fastest way I could think of. Put two holes in it, and it's working pretty well so far! Getting the carto in the tank the first time without tearing the o-rings was a little challenging even after being lubed with juice, but it went in eventually with no harm done.
Currently vaping some chai from AVE.. not my favorite but my juice order is still on the way. Currently @ 5.5v with what I'm guessing is a 3ohm boge.. never seen so much vapor outta those high resistance cartos. I also love the fact that the trustfire charger actually has a cord on it too.. the little things, you know?
As a side note - One of my other vaping friends thought I was crazy for spending the money on the buzz. I saw her earlier, set the buzz to the green and gave it to her.. not impressed. She said it was just like her ego. Then I cranked it up to the other end of the dial.. and now she sees the light!
Now I just need to procure some CherryVapes driptips and i'll be made in the shade.
Thanks for the sweet tarts and the mint too! They're gone already
