Madvapes needs a sticky for customer service reviews!!!!!

Purchased what I thought was the same thing I'm getting from another supplier. Turns out it is indeed the same liquid. Paid $10 with madvapes, was paying $22.00 elsewhere. This is too good to be true!!! What's the catch???

In other words I'm very pleased. :)
No catch good honest and fair people IMO....

I had the fortune to come out to their Storefront today. I had convinced my friend and his wife to switch over, and nearly there they jumped at the chance to see the product, rather than "risk" it on the Internet. With some minor coordination, my buddy's wife met me out there.

Strolled up to the store and walked into the front door. (forgetting that they just moved) I saw nothing in the store part except for a few shelves. One of the guys came up, and exclaiming my confusion (and getting cleared up), I was invited into the "warehouse" portion. Wandering in, I met another member of the team, boxing some orders up. I felt, well I felt a little wrong, like I stepped into Santa's workshop and all of his little elves are tasking away, because definitely the magic happened here. I was given a tour through some of the isles, and the juice room. The juice room btw is a small kitchen - wall to wall flavors making me think of Willy Wonka's (the old version) inventing room. The store had parts I had never thought of before, much less never seen - those acrylic tubes are awesome!! Prepared and pre-made juices are lining another wall. I met the executive chef of the team; you can tell quality by their nomenclature. It's not the mad scientist, or mixologist, but executive chef. We chatted a bit, and I got a quick lesson in how Mad Vapes came to be - very cool.

My buddy's wife showed up, and she was cared for. She wanted to buy a disposable for my buddy and herself. She was a little timid about buying it, but they helped unbox and set up, answered all of her questions, and generally put her at ease. She took her first vape on her own equipment right there in the store!! My other half had asked that I restrict my purchases to the minimum, so I only intended to pick up a 50ml liquid and a few empty 3mls; in other words a small purchase. That didn't deter the team from treating me and my friend like royalty. In fact, before I bought my liquid, they were eager for me to try it prior to purchasing. That screams Customer Service! When they offered some samples for us to take home with us, I saw a flavor I would love to sample but remarked that the nic strength was off, it was quickly taken from me, and adjusted up to my preferred level!!

All in all a really excellent experience; great stock, great people, and great god all those juices!!!!

In the span of 30 minutes you have definitely created a lifetime loyal customer. Thank you so much and to quote Arnie.... 'I'll be back"!!

Madvapes has always been A1 on customer service. I got my order today and as an extra bonus I was gifted a 5 ML bottle of Mojito Juice. I haven't tried it yet, and I hope someone can give me an idea of what it is supposed to taste like before I dedicate an atty to it.

I'm a die hard menthol person, so I'd sort of like an idea before I test it out.

But just the fact it was sent along in my order is great customer service in my book.

I ordered other things from another vendor and they sent a couple freebies along for the ride too. It's like it's my birthday or something.

Most of all I vape is tob/men..then I tried MV's mojito it was gone in less than a week(5ml.)I"ll be getting more.kind reminded me of a 7-up

Hi. Just a quick "Thank You" to MadVapes for my new RoughStack that arrived this morning to me in the UK. Its just the job for when I'm at work. No danger of breaking it by dropping. The battery is small enough to carry a spare and long enough to last the day.

Oh and thanks for the little flashlight you threw in free. Can it be modded? ;) Probably!

I am a little bit miffed.

I send back a faulty atty a month ago and received a replacement. Thank you.
( Although, on madvapes end it is apparently lost. I did put the RMA number on it, but it wasn't until I finally said something did anything happen regrading it)

SO, the replacement was mailed out on the 17th and I received it on the 19th. way to go

Unfortunately I purchased something two days before that, the 15th and have not received it. When I asked for the tracking number I got the tracking number for the replacement atty.

I made myself clear the first time and I sure as heck made myself clear the second time. And this is my third attempt to say, hey I ordered something neither did I get any tracking number for it nor is it here. Purchases take two days. I have been way patient but now I feel a little jerked around OR someone is VERY confused.


Maybe someone needs help so I am Pm-ing mailing you,Hooge the order number.

sorry greenie, we had some shipping software problems this week and it's been crazy busy.. Was your issue resolve?

I received an email this am with a tracking number that is not valid.
I did not get the customary email that said my purchase was ever sent. Not this time nor the last time.

It will not be resolved until I get a working tracking number that is for the corresponding purchase.

To get tracking numbers that are not valid and tracking numbers for OTHER purchases I have made not in relation to my query makes me question how your company isn't losing product someplace.

I can send you screen captures of what I get on my end if you wish. I just need an email address.


(edit) I just want to say this is my favorite company, and this is a glitch and I think it is human, that my purchase was confused with the replacement. The purchase part of my order isn't/ hasn't been processed.
If you say it is shipping software, ok then but it still is problematic to you that your product is being lost.
That's the way it looks on my end.

I hope the tracking software gets fixed.

glad to hear that.. Our shipping software didn't download our orders correctly at the start of the week and that puts us back into manual copy/paste mode which slows things down to a crawl and certainly adds more room for error :(
