I never thought about it, but it could also be your wicking... if the wick is too tight, juice might not be getting to the coils...

I redid the wick and coils again and this time its a lot better. Power set at 38w and the temp set at 430F I'm getting much bigger clouds now but i still find the flavour is still a bit muted but I'm hoping it might break in better after a few more hours.

wicking is a lot of trial and error... much easier with any rda type build at least though.

Of course inadequacy can also be caused by pulling on your wick too much.

I've been looking in the mirror today at my vape cloud, and i think its big enough but its not thick enough,I'm not sure how i get a thicker one

If you're cloud chasing I suggest you toss that rig you're using altogether..Get a 200w mod like the RX200 and the Smok CloudBeast.. step up wattage to around 120w and when you blow clouds into the mirror you'll say what mirror? just a suggestion, lol

Cloud is typical I get vaping the CloudBeast at 125w..Awesome nic hit and flavor.. Blow clouds like these and be proud to hold your head up anywhere

Sometimes it takes half a tank or so for me to get good flavor. Also it depends on the tank but sometimes clouds are denser with a little less air flow. If you've got the wick and power/temp where you want them that's the next thing to play with. I find I like the air more open with more power.

the only tanks i get better clouds with than my rda are the beast tanks and my kanger pro tank 4's. i finally got the rba built right with the big baby beast, the clouds are still decent, but not as much as with the 6 coils of course.

I've found claptons give better flavor thanks to all the little channels that are formed as the coil is wrapped.
