combined with the T-Tip, it's fantastic! Don't even have to take off the cone cover. And it's still a beauty. Would still rather have the Tesla Cart over dripping anyday though. (shake, open, drip, close, repeated a zillion times gets old even with the T-tip that excludes the removing of the cart.). hmmmmm, a T-tip Tesla cross, now... hey MIK ...

with all my atomizer i get a burn taste with carts and flow my atomizer on V3. I have a janty stick v2 and with all atomizer and carts works great. I saw the atomizer connector on V3 is not like on V2, dont have the ditch like V2 on atomizer connector and air dont come in the hole of atomizer. I tried stample mod...and seems to be better but i dont escape of atomizer overflow. I'm verry angry because i bought 2 stick's V3...sould buy 1 ego. And i'm disappointed because nobody from janty support not recognize this is a problem.

Hey Iridus,

Now i dont know who you have talked to, or how things are, i just wanted to offer you a simple advice that works for some people. Try to unscrew your atomizer a half round, - this should be enough to let the air flow in sufficiently.

Ofcourse if you experience problems after this you need to contact ethan@jantyworld.com - and im sure he will take good care of you!

I like 3 & 4 and I really like 5 & 6. I would like them even better in sky blue :) I bet you're gonna get a lot of these favourite colour preference posts for these.

I'm not too keen on the wood as they remind me of my Dad's pipe, which he's smoked ever since I can remember. They seem a bit old-fashioned to me, but, then again, I don't like antique furniture. However, I realize everyone has different tastes and don't knock those who do like it.

I'd like to see the JS3 sold as body (with internal parts) only. Good for back-ups; good for classic and 901/510 adaptor quick swaps etc. without buying a whole new kit.

I have a JS3 on the way. I would have liked to buy a back up body for it. Maybe you could even do a deal on (extra/spare) bodies when bought with the kits.

Mik, sorry. I was reading something someone had posted after claiming to do several trials of this and was wondering if it was true. The following is what I had read...

"Based on a 4 second draw and 499 drags:
If you consecutively vaped 499 times on a fully charged eGo battery would you be very happy???
I don't know anyone that can vape for 35 minutes without stopping."

Are we getting 35 minutes out of a eGo battery of actual use?

I doubt that its true, but i cant help wonder if it matters?

Its not how its supposed to be used, and it is not how it will be used. But ofcourse if you do a stress test like that, which is basically the same as holding down your button nonstop, then well - yeah that might dry out the batter fast.

However, how fast would doing the same dry out your other e-cigarettes batteries? Im thinking they would probably die even before.

And then were back to square one: The eGo still has, probably, the most mAH for its size, and will last you longer than anything compared to its size ( heck, even to alot of things bigger.. ) - and _thats_ whats important - real world application and usage.

Do the cartos on an Ego produce as much vape as a regular 510 atty?
I can answer this part at least. The 808's produce close to the amount of vapor as a 510 on the Ego, but it seems less dense. It's satisfying but not quite 510 billows. It makes up for this in flavor and convenience though and there are days, ever increasing, that I use my 808's on my Ego more than the 510's.

this stress test was only a fraction of the original, he 1st tested a normal way and used 2ml liquid with 499 4 second drags to empty the battery in 13 hours.

he compared the stress test of the ego to the 510 battery, where he did the same.

Althought this test is by no means scientific it gives a pretty good idea of the amount of actual time it takes to discharge a fully charged eGo battery: 35 minutes.

I did a similar test with a 510 battery when I first started using the 510 and it worked out to be about 8 minutes of actual time before the battery is fully discharged.

so, thats why i think Jimi misread the post he refers to.

but mik ... there is already the comparism to a 510 battery. you make the same mistake as jimi, focusing just on the sentence which mentioned the 35 minutes.

the conclusion of his test would be that the eGo really delivers more than 5 times than a plain 510. you know that the real capacity of li-ion cells is always questionable.

a nice thing to do on a saturday ;)

I did not fully understand the original statement, from what I was getting from it was... if the ego gives me 8 hours of use before the battery goes dead, I really am just using 35 minutes of actual time I am pressing down on the button to use the unit. The same should go for if the battery lasted me 6 or 10 hours, that I am still only using the power from the unit for 35 minutes. I thought of checking with Mik, being he designed the unit. Sorry for any confusion from my end.

I think you misunderstood me:

I know it performs better, but a test which basically is a drain on an application which is not ment to be used that way seems silly to me. I mean this test says that the ego lasts 5x as long - ill bet you that in a real world example, the ego will last longer than 5x. Because of many reasons, one being the atomizer cover heating up every hit so you dont need to take "as long" hits, as on the dura.

So yes, i think its a silly example, without any real world parallel - but that shouldnt stop anyone from doing them.. thats just my opinion =D

And regardless, i myself love experimenting so i do understand why people find it fun .. so yeah i should shut my mouth i guess... :D
