You appreciate my patience? That's nice! I don't have any!! OOOOH, this is so stressful I can't even tell you, but...we'll just wait quietly for you guys. You must be stressed a bit too. I can't even imagine sending out however many thousand of these you have to do. Personally I wouldn't have minded my Stick with no batteries or atomizers, I'm all set, just waiting...Now changing out my 801 batteries every hour. Three of 'em, almost dead. Long weekend upcoming, whooooa

Trust me Kate, I hear ya! There is nothing I would rather do than get these things shipped out. Believe me, we are doing everything we can to do so. I'm just as eager to get them out as you are to receive them. :(

Hello all!
Well, as of 4:00 PM CST, we have not received the shipment of parts; however, we are still highly optimistic that we will be receiving them tomorrow. I hate to be the one to break the bad news again, but I want to keep you all updated. I'll keep you all posted!

kendra, I am not aware of a single Janty stick being shipped all week, today included. I was at Janty USA all day today, believe me, we DO NOT have the parts, I think you might be mistaken
