YOu have a one year warranty on the KB components. Contact Janty and arrange for a warranty replacement. While the additional upfront cost is high on the KB, no one can touch the warranty.

Use either a syringe or pipettes to fill from the bottom and they will last a long time between refills.

Janty, if I am still within my 30 day warrenty, can I return my janty stick to the USA supplier for either a refund or a credit?
do you all have the janty mini fogger and if so how much is it? do you also carry extra batts and atom?

I spoke with Ethan about my faulty JS and decided to wait til the V2 came so I could save shipping bad ones back and forth Well in the mail today was a replacement body for my current JS. I was pleasantly suprized. At first I thought it didnt work, but it does and it is awesome. Thank You Ethan or Whoever is responsible!! I got dental implants Friday and I look like I have been hit by a train. So the easy draw on this JS is soooo much appreciated because my mouth is killing me!! Thank You again
Shame you can't keep the bottle opener though. One of my biggest issues since going electric is that I don't carry a lighter around and that means I have to go looking for an opener for my beer like the rest of the squares.

Parked has them available and in-stock at Dietsmokes. Pretty reasonable price also..same Janty warranty.
New atty seems to make a difference. Even with the primer it tastes better than the first. I will try filling with the syringe. Thanks for the info, I am still learning.

someone from customer service sent me 2 atomizers when I returned my dead one, so I can't complain about that at all!
This person was great. Polite, helpful...completely different from the person I dealt with before.
So now, after my first impression, I don't think it's the company, but instead a matter of who you reach within the company. Maybe the other guy was having a few bad days, I dunno. But whoever I encountered this time did manage to smooth things over, so I have a much better opinion of Janty now based on that.
I certainly didn't expect 2 atomizers when I returned 1! But just the difference in tone and professionalism was enough to change my opinion, and I thought I should let everyone know.

i havent had any problems the jantystick itself and ive had it almost 2 weeks. the only issue is that carts do not do well with the stick. im learning that 2 drops in the atty is really all you need for a good two vape session. just drop 2 drops when your done vaping to allow a good soak in the atty for your next vape session.
Well that is difficult to read but if you are saying you are dripping every two vapes that sounds like a real pain. If you fill carts from the bottom with a syringe or pipettes they last a long time.
