They posted somewhere (in a sticky at the top I think) that they were having email troubles...

Thanks for the informative post. You probably saved a few people from committing the same error.
Btw, there is a simple fix to this. The use of a diode inside the charging unit would prevent this from happening. A diode only allows DC current to pass in one direction. I wouldn't be too quick to claiming guilt via user error here.
uhhh, first email a week ago, second email yesterday....nothin. O well, just a waiting game I guess.
Why change the battery, that battery should last about 6 months, or better. The battery it self lasts about 8 hours, and you can charge it while vaping at home, in the car, and at work. I can not see a reason to change the battery everyday, only but twice a year.
The only thing I don't like about it is that battery cover. The grooves should have been a little bigger, so a dime would fit. When the warentee expires, I'm going to glue a little dowel or something on there so I don't need a screwdriver to change the batts.[/B]
Hi Ladybug,
An essential piece of vaping kit is a paperclip. The fat end of this is ideal for screwing/unscrewing the battery cover. Hope that helps!![]()
Just a word of advice: go with Janty batteries instead. I had 6 spare brand new Ultrafire batteries lying around from my e-cigar days. Fully charged them for 12 hours. I was so excited that I already had spares for my Stick. Unfortunately, they only last for about 5-15 minutes of vaping, and the current is extremely weak at best. I knew that that stated 500mah capacity was overstating it (a review on DX said they were around 300mah), but they feel more like 50mah to me.
My advice is, spend the extra little bit of money and go with Janty's batteries. It means better vaping and less frustration.
Just my $.02
