Just FYI.
explorer can not open page, bla, bla, bla.
sometimes the page will open but when i click on somthing to go to another page i get the same message.

I guess I will miss that sale too. It closes the page and I cant buy anything. Hmmm. We are not supposed to report the bugs it has either, but how can we take advantage of the first opening day discounts if we cant open the page up?

No offense Ethan, but there were already multiple contacts and still no response to requests for information. People expect/need some feedback especially with a hot product that is getting tons of hype. I'm having the same experience with Janty too but betting that the good rep and recommendations of others will pay off in the long run.

We have a server overload, we are trying to fix it now. We might get the old site back up again if the problems persist... anyway the storewide discount will be implemented again for 24 hours as soon as we get the site stable. Sorry for the inconvenience..

UPDATE ON JANTYSTICK V2: will arrive in USA and EUROPE 7 July.

Update - Ethan has already found my order and getting it out and off to me today. Someone else (Bones?) mentioned the challenges getting not only a new product but website off the ground and that we all just need to back off and wait a bit. Well, I'm now a firm believer in that advice and another member of the Janty Club.

Thanks Ethan!!!!

First day and RY4 out of stock??? Aarrgh!

No doubt!!! Several of the things I am needing are out of stock as well. I guess the discount does us no good really, especially since it is only for a day. Heck, I figured the stock would have been loaded up since the site was down for a week. :(

I had a borderline catastrophe last night, and it got me thinking.

I was trying to remove one of my black matte Ruyan atomizers from my stick, I must have been turning the cart cause when I pulled it out, my atomizer literally broke in two, leaving the heating element still attached inside the stick while the atomizer body came out. DAMN!!!

My only option was to crack open the stick (Which is super easy to do) and unscrew the base plate of the atomizer from the stick connection. While I was in there screwing around (Or unscrewing rather) I noticed some moisture and cleaned it up with a paper towel and got to thinking...

Theres a pretty large space between the plate the atomizer sits on and the LED component. Seeing how easy it is to open the stick casing, what do you guys think about taking a small piece of cotton or folded up paper towel and placing it under the atomizer connection in that space to soak up any escaping juice? After a few days, pop open the casing, change the paper towel for dry, clean up your stick housing and you're good to go!

Although I dont have many leakage issues, I may give this a shot depending on the responses of you awesome people here.

I understand we shouldnt have to go this route, but hopefully with the V2 some of these leakage issues will be solved! Growing pains guys... Growing pains...

Any thoughts Ludo or Ethan???

Safe travels!
