It's a standard mini-usb plug. You can buy a cable anywhere they sell computer related accessories. Just go somewhere like radioshack or walmart and ask them where the usb cables are at.

We Brits who have received our pre-orders (yesterday
) and "complained" that the USB cable is too short have been sternly warned NOT to use a standard USB cable as it may burn the socket in the Stick 8-oElendil - I knew it was a joke after a quick skim of the whole thread, but I'm given to understand that Americans don't "get" irony

Very simple solution, get a USB extension. You know something with a full sized USB female socket at one end and a full sized USB male socket at the other end. This will allow you to use the JS with the included USB wire and just plug it into the USB extension that is connected to your computer or USB to AC adapter.
