Hello everyone...
For those that fall in the range of shipped orders that Ethan just posted and have not received an email with tracking information hang in there. The shipping software that we use often will send the email and many mail servers will reject the email altogether or place it in the users spam/junk mail folder. It seems that Hotmail and Yahoo are the 2 major culprits for this.
There are also some orders that will be filled with the next batch arriving later this week. These orders are mostly the newest orders we received. Our shipping strategy today was to work in order received so the first orders were the ones that we started with... Everything was in numeric order.
For those of you waiting on the Dura C sets we will be receiving these later this week as well and shipping out immediately. As many of you have read it has been difficult getting shipments
through customs lately and we've had to resort to some new methods that unfortunately are taking a bit longer than usual. We apologize for the delay but really do appreciate everyones patience.
Another update that our customers will be very happy about is an update to our website that will launch as soon as we can load all of the software. The new site will allow us to keep a better track on inventory, mark items out of stock, integrated payment system, and many many more excellent features. We've invested a great deal of time and effort on this and I think everyone will be extremely happy with the end result.
