I am still puzzled by all the atomizer "problems".

You have a new electronic piece of equip you received today, and your careful with it. Now you try other atomizers and they seem not to go in, unless you use force, no one wanted to break it. So we inquired on this board, that's what the board is for also,( help) but after seeing Parkeds video, we all know that it is OK to put some force, pressure, and turn it in.

Hehe, I wish it was that clear plastic. Ethan asked me the same thing when I emailed him lol. It's the black sticker itself that's coming off. It was applied incorrectly so the corners doesn't sit flush with the housing. No biggie... I'm sure it'll all be sorted out soon. I understand Ethan is gone for a week so I'm just waiting and being very careful with my stick.

Jeff and Ludo are both still available to answer questions and help when needed. You might want to try PMing them or e-mailing Jeff, as opposed to waiting for Ethan to get back.
