I would like to know if you have a tracking number for me. Got my JS, DOA. I shipped it back to you, Priority 2 day USPS, original Order number was 4583. Did you send the replacement, if so did you include the xtra batteries I ordered originally and didnt recieve? Pleaaase give me a two word, better yet, just a one word reply. THat would be great: YES or NO and you can skip giving me a tracking number, OK????

DW, I don't "hate" anyone...severely dislike? Maybe. lol...j/k...I actually find SOME criticism to be constructive, even if it is strongly worded.

In the end, there shouldn't be liquid coming out of the seams on this issue. That means they aren't sealed as intended, which is a definite concern.

Thanks for the offer but I don't want a crooked and glue fixed button. I paid for a product and if it's poorly put together I should get a replacement that's properly assembled. Don't get me wrong Ludo, I'm very happy with the performance and will continue to support your product but I think you really need to address the existing customers issues just as well as you cater to new customers. When will the replacement stickers be available?

This doesn't mean your out of stock again... does it? Or, just an update on how far you've made it through the list and your still processing additional orders?
