I am really ...... now:evil:. Nobody responded to my email and on the website I could not find contact form either. There is one link buried on shipping or return page, but there should be clear tab with contact information. Again my order 4481.

Can ANYBODY from Janty hear me???
I haven’t heard nothing from Janty and I have PM'd them, this is ridiculous that there is no answer, my order # is 4499, for the love of Pete at least tell us when the Dura-C is shipped or when we can expect it on the Dura-C update page, I am about one step away from contacting the BBB and others. Enough is enough!

Maybe I can hire q258 to fix my dishwasher or something...........

Cool, go for it... and I'll make sure to charge you $800/hr because I can crank the right wrench on the right bolt...

Certainly from a capitalistic viewpoint the opportunity to exploit ones lack of knowledge is apparent. Absolutely valid and the methodology sound in terms of protecting true ingenuity. It's just that this does not seem to be one of those circumstances, glorified battery holders. Since the medium in this case is a forum, an altruistic sharing of knowledge and enabling of people is more likely homogeneous.

But seriously, I know that whole post sounded derogatory, but as I pointed out in a previous post I was actually being facetious and pointing out to the poster (in a round-about sort of way) who seemed surprised by the lack of customer support provided by one of the "enterprises" he purchased from, that they needed a more realistic view of who/what they were dealing with.

Anyway, I'm gonna bend for a sec though and side with you because I want that $800/hr to work on your dishwasher.... :p Lemme know when I can start....

Why the heck do people pay $20k for a car that costs 5k to produce?

That doesn't fly man... I'm having a hard time envisioning the R&D, assembly lines, parts manufacturing, delivery, sales, etc. etc. etc. etc. that goes on at Ford happening in the life span of an e-smoke prior to getting to market.

Plus, Ford in the US has to pay Union workers, the factory in China where they make these just has to pay some young girl... :p OK, that was mean.... j/k... lol!

Come on dude....do you want me to come in here and start preaching about how stupid *you* are for paying for your operating system (Windows or Mac) to use your computer? Or how dumb it is for Microsoft and Macintosh to create Operating Systems when free ones are available?

Yes, please do.... So I can tell you all about the various *NIX systems I've been running exclusively since the 70's. Then I'll tell ya all about my software and drivers that if you are using an open *NIX or Linux variant you are almost certainly using..... Heck while I'm at it I'll update the GPL and write an exclusion, 'Free for Personal use for everyone except DisMan'....

Now, I hope you see the irony in defending this by means of citing a free operating system, unless I'm mistaking and you're referring to an OS you built for yourself from scratch.

I checked through all my emails and realized that I did not pay through Paypal. However, nobody ever responded to my emails, or contact me about payment issue.
Anyway, when I order something I expect the order page bring me to a payment page where I can complete the payment. Janty just send email with order confirmation and wants me to log to my paypal and manually insert all information to pay 1jorth or whoever. I believe this is very unprofessional. And where is contact information and address tab?
I dont think I am the only one who got confused and dissapointed with order experience.:(:(:(

I'm puffing away here as we speak. This is my very first experience with a Manual switch. I am PLEASED! (I did a devious thing, I already had my order in when I asked for you "salesmen" to step up!) I do believe the vapor is better volume-wise, a little more predictable and constant..I just switched out the atty from the Auto, and the battery which I just changed, so will be curious to see if I am saving battery energy, which I think I may, and learn to not scorch out my cart by holding the switch down too long! Three second hold is just perfect for me. Also, I do think the vapor is maybe a tiny bit warmer, so my JC Original tastes a little more flavorful with the Manual. Haven't tried the JC Tennessee Cured yet. So far the timing for burn and puff is pretty easy to master. I had a little issue with the automatic, the cut-off was a little too short, only about 2 seconds, so had to do two or three puffs to get sufficient vapor. But Janty kindly asked me to send it back to review that one, see what the problem was (I did think it was circuit-board related). After a few days it started doing some burns on it's own, so was a little worried about that. I have returned it, will be anxious to hear what the verdict was. They were absolutely 100% behind me, the user. So am very glad for all of your help. As time goes by and use of the Manual proves to be consistent, will be more than happy to endorse it, as well. JUST A NOTE: I did buy an auto each for my daughter and her husband, so far those are working perfectly, don't know if I'm going to tell them about the Manual, just yet! AND: I received a BOX with this one. Well, it's a nice box. My order #4989

    Order # 5016 -JantyStick

It may be that they are busy with shipping all the orders and have not been getting to emails - Figuring that it is better to keep working on getting orders out than to stop that process to answer all of the e-mails that ask if they are packing the boxes.

I run an on-line business myself and I understand how this goes - I get the impression that JantyUSA is a "mom&pop" type of operation just as mine is - They probably do not have an "email answering department" and I strongly suspect that the hands that write the email are the same ones that pack the boxes -

I had very good correspondence with them last week - Several Emails going back and forth like instant messages - The response went away on the same day that I had been told that the shipment had arrived - - Judging from the responses here it really looks to me like they are simply too busy packing boxes to get to the emails -

I'm frustrated too - but - waiting patiently - I DO NOT think they are out to screw us!

Also - It seems that they may be - but - do we know that the order numbers are sequential or have any bearing on the order of shipment?
