I know how you feel, I have sent emails asking about shipping and if I could change an order, the last was on Saturday, my Janty Stick stopped working completly, most likely due to having to tap it to get the battery to come out, no reply to my email at all its starting to upset me now. The funny thing is I'm a total newb to e-cigs so this made me realize I needed a back up so Sunday I ordered a new V2 stick, tada I got a reply this time, I think the key is to send money. thankfuly my original Stick started working again on Sunday so I think there's a lose wire or connection inside, and I'm worried It's gonna happen again. But not sure I would have purchased another Jany product had I known they would ignore my warrenty email. I don't realy know much about other company's e-cigs and when the Sticks working it's great, so I'm torn on what to do.

If you can get a warranty replacement, do so. Otherwise, you can repair it if you have an unused USB cable laying around the house or office.

Just based on my own experience, I'd say your communications have gone astray somewhere, either sending or receiving. The Janty people are very good when it comes to these things, if the communication gets through. Check all the usual suspects, spam filters, the domain you send from, etc. before you get too frustrated.

Ya I was thinking that could have happened too because when Janty shipped my order windows mail put the email they sent in my junk email folder, yet when I order something Janty's email comes to my inbox, weird. I really hope it is just a communication problem. I'm useing Vista 32bit edition and nod32 anti virus. If no one contacts me I'll have to try some other email, though I'm not really sure what to say now that it's working again.

My understanding is that the interior is sealed up much better. So not much in the way of cosmetic changes, just all behing the scenes stuff.

Shame you can't keep the bottle opener though. One of my biggest issues since going electric is that I don't carry a lighter around and that means I have to go looking for an opener for my beer like the rest of the squares.
