sooo uhhhh, what happened to the new site? ya know, live stock check, cool blue and white look, ........ there were other things promised but i cant remenber.

anywho i was just wondering if its coming back? i figured the old site was back up just b/c they were having slow server issues with the new one, but...... you know what they say about assumptions. (...=u+me)

well if they new site was scrapped can we atleast get the very very misleading toolbar thats really just one big pic linked back to the home page instead of a link bar to the various products shown.
pa pa pa please

I am up over $2500 since March 09. I WISH i would have spent it all with Janty, but alot of it was wasted on Totally Wicked"s crappy stuff. And paying TW for what I never recieved sucked too! I wouldn't have spent as much if I would have just started this whole venture with Janty to begin with. I am not sure what it is with these e-cigs, its like you have to continually buy more stuff. Maybe in hopes for the perfect "ciggarette"...

I Just want to say that I have been in a similar situation with Janty and the wait is MUCH MUCH longer than the website claims. Supposedly 4-8 days turned into about 3 weeks. No other contact from them except the email regarding dispatch (1 day after I paid). I was so disgusted with Janty by the time I actually got my package-- But my order had a little extra in there and I suddenly remembered why I ordered thru them.... The liquid is sooo good!
I'm not trying to convince you that this-taking so long, no contact with buyer is okay, but to let you know that it takes WAY LONGER than they say it does and sometimes its worth the wait. Good luck to you and I hope that Janty fixes this problem, soon!

Hello all, I have good news! The V2 has just arrived here at JantyUSA!!!:thumb:

We will be working all day to get as many of these V2s out and into your hands.

Keep an eye on that inbox, you should receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. Don't forget to check the spam box!

Please don't email me and ask me if yours has shipped. I will be busy packing and shipping orders so that we can get these out to you faster and will not have time to check.

Appreciate the feedback. I am holding off sending these back to janty until the v2 is available as a warranty replacement. I'll charge the batteries in an external charger and see how it works.

My understanding is that the v2 is the warranty replacement.................

I have a auto LE Janty stick. The auto is no where near as good as the manual (I have both). The auto works, but is more like a mini e-cig.

Should I (can I) send it back in exchange for a manual....If I send it back I guess it means I give up the engraving on my stick, it also means I am probably giving up one of the few autos out there, along with losing my 1 year warrenty.

Can you return it? Is it defective, or just not performing as well as the manual?

I don't represent Janty, but I'm not sure I'd exchange it. (Not trying to be harsh, just trying to look at it from their perspective)

You could try selling it in the classified forum. I'm sure you could sell it quickly.

My guess is that if you exchange your automatic LE for a manual, Janty will continue the one-year warranty on your new stick if you ask nicely. :)

There really wasn't anything special about the LE other than our engraving and the cool stuff it came with. In other words, the "regular" sticks aren't in any way inferior to the LE versions, so there shouldn't be any reason for Janty not to continue your one-year warranty on a "regular" stick.

Honestly, while the engraving is fun, I'd give it up in a heartbeat if I felt my stick wasn't performing the way I wanted it to and a replacement was available.

Yup, I'd trade that puppy in for a manual.

You could be right about that. However, I'm thinking that since a decision was made not to produce any more automatic JantySticks, that probably reflected a recognition that the automatic simply didn't perform as well as the manual.

But I could be wrong. Most certainly wouldn't be the first time.

The JS V2 will be my first e-cig, almost ordered the 510, but the discrete look and longer lasting batteries sold me on the JS.

I hope I made the right choice, and wish to be able to stop smoking analogs.

Rick,
It's a great device and puts out a ton of vapor. If you can, order the 901 adaptor and some 901 atomizers for the JS and you will love it! Wish you well with your new stick and welcome to the club!!:D

Hey, if Janty will exchange it, more power to the OP and them.:thumb:

I was addressing it from the point of view of exchanging just because of buyers remorse..............And who knows. If you keep it, it may be worth millions one day!
