So often we hear the horror stories of doing business online that I thought for once it would be nice to share a positive experience.

I had some trouble with My V1 Janty Stick and I traced the problem back to a short in the circuit board that caused me to lose a couple atomizers and several batteries. As usual, I expected to have to fight to get these items replaced, but the good folks at Janty were very receptive to my problems and replaced the affected equipment without any fight what so ever. They were professional, responsive and very quick to replace my items.

I primarily worked with Ethan, but I know I also spoke with at least one other person while Ethan was on vacation. I am very satisfied with the quality of Janty products overall and this type of transaction makes or breaks a business relationship for me and this, more than anything won Janty my business for life.

Thank you all,
-Jason

I really appreciate all of the feedback here. I am going to return or sell the JS. After a full day of really trying to love it, I just can't. When I reach for my 510 I'm back in heaven... so that's where I'll stay I think.

Plus it doesn't help that a buddy told me that he thought I was sucking on a sex toy when he first saw it LOL

I too thought the RY4 was supposed to be some kind of tobacco tasting juice from threads I was reading. I just assumed "RY4" was a whatever name they attached to it with no meaning. I now think it must mean "rye bread" because it tastes and smells like old wet bread.

I could not stand it... shame I ordered so much of it! LOL And the stench is incredible. My wife smelled me vaping it from another room.

I found the "camel" tastes pretty darn close to tobacco, and I hear "cuban cigar" is very tobacco like as well. I am using 'camel' almost exclusively now in my 510 and LOVE it.

I understand that nothing's gonna taste like an analog, but I wanted something a bit more neutral, not flavoured like the RY4. I am ordering a bottle of CML, MLB and heavy shag.

I have a question, is it possible to return a bottle and get another one in return? I will pay for shipping, but honestly, I bought the RY4 bottle and after trying the free carts that came with the kit, I really can't stand it.

One other thing, my name is Leonardo Vannucci and yesterday I ordered a battery charger for my Stick batteries; I just ordered 3 bottles of juice, is it possible to combine the orders and just send them in one package?

What flavor are you using? Are you using filled carts or dripping? Have you "broken in" the atomizer yet?

I've learned since my first e-cig that I need to do some heavy vaping at first to get that off of there as quickly as possible. After that, it is much better. Also, some flavors taste better to some people over others. For example, there are a lot of people here who like the RY4 flavor. I've tried it and cannot stand it. I've found that Cloves, Cappuccino, Coffee, Apple, Banana, Rum, Peach and Vanilla all taste quite good. I haven't been much of a fan of the tobacco flavors. I figured that since I was going to stop smoking regular cigarettes I would get away from the taste of tobacco.

lol, I always thought it looked more like a mini cell phone or something.

I still say to hang onto the JS, the other benefits that you get from the device are still great (passthrough capability, long battery life, CHEAP batteries, etc). Check with Jeff or Ethan to see if they have any 510 adapters for the JS, they should be available, or should be soon. That will give you all the things that you love about the 510, but also the added benefits from the JS.

So, recently when the batteries in my JS are starting to get low, the blue light just sorta fades out instead of blinking red like it used to to let me know to replace the batteries. I've got 4 batteries I switch between, and I think it does it for all of them...

Anyone else ever see this? Doesn't seem to affect the batteries or being able to charge them, and it seems like the batteries last about the same as they always did, so I'm not sure it is really a big problem.

just use the white cover that comes with your cart. push it over the atty and then turn :)
the cover is a good tight fit and should allow you to tighten the atty just right :)

Thank for all the good advice everyone. The cart cover trick is the clear winner! This works perfectly, easily, and effectively. Thanks!!!

I have a titanium janty classic kissbox atomizer that came with mine, and I have found that atomizer is extremely difficult to get in. I've had to use some plyers to get it in and am not really fond of having to do that (worried I'm going to bend the atomizer or worse yet, break something inside....) It's a bit of a pain, but I'll live with it. Too bad this is the atomizer I am trying to work with on longer life maintenance, maybe it will get better.

I had the same problem with my first stick. Contacted Janty through the return/warranty section of their site and they sent out a new stick to me; no questions asked. I shipped back the faulty stick and all is well. Mine was getting stuck "on", and also it would cut off mid draw for no apparent reason.

They did take care of me though; and I'm happy about that.
