I was just going to reccomend a Dura-C to a beginner so I checked the new reworked Janty World site. There is nothing about a warranty stated on the attys. and batts. as before? Are they still warranted?

I've seen no post from Janty to state otherwise, but then the product/order page does not state they are warranted any more?

Would appreciate a reply, as I am confused and seen nothing in the Janty forum about it changing. Thanks.

Thank you so much for the reply. I now see, (contemplating another large order and signed in.) I see that I have to sign in to learn the new secrets (really old) that they are still warranted.

Didn't realize I am now an elitist. Not sure if that makes sense from a normal business point of view. I would assume sales/business would want to attract new sales that were referred by previous customers. (The front page telling possible new customers what is great/origional/new/different about your product.) but now I understand. I think???

I do love the Dura-C. I will continue to buy it, and reccomend it. Just don't quite understand the company making the process more complicated. I'm not one for special clubs or hoopla. Just want a reliable product at a good/fair price. And an easy, (less process) way of obtaining it.

Hi,

I'm in same boat. V1 sent back for inconsistent/dying switch and received V2 body. Now the swtich on my V2 replacement is suffering the same fate.

I held out 2 more weeks trying different finger/thumb positions but now I'm afraid it will just up and die.

So, I emailed Ethan (like I did the first time) and new stick body is on its way - mail the faulty one back after I get the new one.

I love the JS and it is my primary vape and hate the fact that it has switch issues but with Ethan and Janty just turning these around, I am hard pressed to complain.

I have never had this type or level of customer service in my life...from anyone.

I staying with JS, Ethan and Janty.

I like tele's too, - but i just sold my old telecaster and went back to this one - i usually play strat's - i dont know why but they have a nicer softer feel to them in my eyes.. - the teles kick ... though in their own right, but.. something for each and everyone of us i guess ;)

And in the end, theyre both fender's so its all good =)

    Somewhere between here and there
Congrats on the new guitar! I love the strats too. I got one of the 50th anniversary deluxe strats a few years ago and I have a cheaper mexico model that I normally play but it is kinda cool as it came with a chromatic tuner built into the pick guard.
