ONLY downsides for me have been the button, and.... the button, and...... the button.

Seems after 2 months of non-stop use, it starts to float off center or something and starts miss firing and cutting out mid-vape.

It's backed by the warranty and to date, my replacement has been at the door within the week (Ethan rocks!!!) but I'd love to skip that whole process/step :)

Janty button is totally unique for the device and they don't send replacements - not that it wouldn't be a 5 second operation as it is literally just a "tape" on type thing.

I've had minor leakage but so far, only where the atty connects and I wipe that area out every night - so nothing has gotten in to mess up the works.

Though my button issues may be the result of leakage - but possible from my own fingers and such.

Janty's warranty is such that they send you the replacement stick body FIRST, and THEN you send them back the bad boy - TOTALLY SWEET!

It's purely anecdotal evidence but your open communication policy definitely won my vote. It looks like the original plans for the new eGo were for it to have a 370mAh battery but after negative response the mAh is now up to 600.

Would I have bought a 370mAh eGo? nope. Would I buy one at 600mAh? Yep, just did!

Glad to hear that you are seeing the benefits of our system - we sure are. ;)

I mean, you guys are our customers, and only a fool does not listen to its customers. Ofcourse there will be (and have been) times where we set out to do something and then get negative reactions, but HAVE to keep the way we are doing things. With this "system" we can hopefully minimize those times though!
