Hey

I cant post anything yet, so no! =/

I will make a new post today though.. but you should see it when it comes ;D

Awesome, thanks Mik.

I'm also really interested in the Dura version of the Baby J. I can't use my big ol' Chuck at work, and I absolutely hate the 510 batteries, so it would be a nice middle ground for me. Especially if I could charge it via USB.

"IF" Janty has a battery adapter case I hope you guys choose the cr123a bats, since I would guess 75% of people with mods use this battery- probably way more than that. I have 8 of those bats and hope I never have to battery shop again...

With Miks post in-mind I really hope this thing is on the fast track to my hands. I am really excited about the Baby J.

Any updates on the twinbox- it seems like you are very busy with different models- I hope you didn't forget about the twinbox!

Yep, it is one sweet looking PV. From the sound of it, they'll be coming out with the smaller Dura(510) version first, with the larger possibly multi-voltage later in the year.

A bit more answers:

Unfortunately (for you) we are integrating the batteries so this means you buy a battery house, containing the battery - and you wont be able to put in your own batteries. This had to be done for alot of reasons, one of them being the placement of the USB charging ( at the end ) - and another is for the electronics inside.

I would have liked to give people the option of tearing it apart, but.. no go. On the other hand, this also means that you will be buying battery houses under warranty - and i mean thats a good thing in my eyes. We wanted this device to step a bit away from the whole "mod" theme. As i explained earlier, no cellphones allow you to replace batteries, nor does any mp3 player and so on - we dont see why this should be any different in an e-cigarette. So while i do understand you, then im afraid this is the solution we are implementing for now.

Yes, i am working on that as well - i think - and notice the "think", that we will be putting it out as a "raw" version first - ie. no USB charging, just the simple adapter. However, the price will also reflect that it is a simple device. If thats a succes then maybe later we will do a twinbox 2!

As for the Ego, - the smaller version of the Baby J, will look alot like the Baby J - but without the two LED's ( i know.. i wanted them too, but we wanted to keep it small and simple, yet effective! )

I cant post anything about it yet, and im sorry i told you i would - plans changed + i ran out of time ! busy busy ! ;)

Hey

The Ego is designed for a bit of each. Its not designed to last all day - nor is it designed to be the biggest vaping tool in the world. Its basically designed to have something that feels nice, and lasts an ok amount of time, while using the dura adapter!

The look of it, as i said will be similar somewhat to the Baby J - and the total length of it is 11.2 cm's and is ø14 in diameter!

I will post some pics when i can! ;) - oh and it comes in an automatic version and a manual - ofcourse!

I certainly hope that the auto version doesn't have some ridiculously short cut-off time like the current auto batteries do. I'd love to have an auto battery or two for when I am doing certain activities, but the cut-off time keeps me away from buying them. I like to take nice, long drags.

Can't wait to see some pics!

Mik-

About the batteries- the concept you explained with the bats contained in the battery housing under warenty is a great idea. Battery shopping was some of the most grueling shopping ive ever done so I am glad to hear that, if people was to buy their own I would hope for cr123a bats, but the housing contained bats are just as good idea if not better. Awesome, I love it.

As far as the Twinbox- I can't wait- I'll be more than happy to get one- let me know when and how much and I am there! Do you know when and/or how much yet- guess? I won't hold ya to it- just a time frame and a ballpark?

Edit: Mik- I must have missed it- is the Baby J auto or manual- or will we have the option?

Hey Guys,

So as you already know ive had the Twinbox for quite some time - and ive fiddled around with it.

We have decided to produce 200 of these to start of with to see how it goes.

The approach to the Twinbox will be a minimal one, meaning that it will ONLY contain the function to insert two kissbox batteries, and your 801 adapter, and then vape. It will *not* be able to charge your batteries, or do any other fancy tricks.

The Twinbox is ment as a cheap accessory for kissbox users - a simple way of making them able to vape for double the duration. Ofcourse there are some advantages to this: If you put two kissbox batteries together, the output voltage will be at their peak rating for quite a bit longer, making the twinbox a bit more powerful than a normal kissbox - and for a longer duration.

This thread is only for your comments, and ideas - and for me to show you to some more pictures, and info when it becomes available.

But as always i must stress that:

We are in no way promising that this product will hit the shelves anytime soon, or at all. We are in no way to be held liable for the information we provide in this thread: Everything can change.

If you want to be on the preorder list for the Twinbox, you can send me an email at mik@jantyworld.com with your full name and email, stating how many Twinboxes you want. Make the subject line read "Twinbox Preorder!"

- and this "list" will only be as a "first come, first serve list" - there are no benefits from this, other than the fact that you will be guaranteed the possibility of buying a Twinbox, when its released.

Remember we will only produce 200 for now. By mailing me you are not committing to a purchase - but once we are ready to sell it, I will contact those that has emailed me, and then you have to select whether or not you will commit to a purchase, by actually paying for the item.

I hope this all makes sense - if not, let me know!

So we hope you can respect this, and - lets have a nice thread ;)
