SM is working on a solution. I'm waiting.
They'll probably offer some kind of an insert that will reduce the diameter of the airport hole under the coil (like Merlin does). Should be easy.
I finally ordered one today, the black one looks so smexy! I've been wanting a nice single coil RTA for awhile, but there wasn't any that caught my eye until the Merlin. I got a feelin' I'm gonna love this tank.
Ordered one in stainless from Ecigity today with 20 off for the holiday.
From all the rave reviews I think I'll like it a bunch.

Woot! Did you get a black and a stainless? I have two stainless already. My black is also out for delivery too.
My damaged Bachelor finally gave up today and decided to dump a full tank out of its base. Fun. Now on my backup Bachelor Nano (still a great unit) after throwing the full size one in the bin.
Got my dispatch note, just need to wait for my Merlin to wing its way over from the States...
Curious question to those above, why have you ordered more than one of a specific tank? Will they be the only setup you use, or do you have other tanks too?

For me, a couple of reasons. I have multiple mods and usually run different builds. Once i find a piece of equipment that suits me, I grab multiples for spares/back ups.
Oh, and I'm an addict.
Understood - that's why I have a Bachelor Nano as well as (well, up until about an hour ago) a full size one. I love the way they vape. Fingers crossed the Merlin lives up to expectations - and also that it's successful, as it might kick start some of these manufacturers into building competent single-coil aimed atties. I'm sick and tired of all of these dual coil monstrosities.
Yeah the Nano is definitely "tighter". It feels more solid. I'd be surprised if EHPro don't release a revised version of the full sized one at some point.
The base really is better on the nano. I gave up on my full sized Bachelor a while ago. It always seeped ejuice from the base while my nano has been rock solid. It's unfortunate because I absolutely loved the vape from the full sized.

First thought. The air flow control ring is REALLY loose. Not sure if I like that too much.
