NOW, as far as your recommendation of "Smoktech 1.7 ohm Resurrectors" I am VERY interested. In all of my reading it appears that LR's give you a bigger stronger TH and more vapor so I was a little bummed that they were not recommended for my 1st setup. I have seen several people talk about using them with the K-Go so it was confusing with the conflicting information.

I was lucky to get them with my first kit, an E-Power 14650 from CCV.

They rock and hold a lot of juice...about 1.8ml IIRC. With a good first fill, careful use and a bit of cleaning they last a week each pretty easily. They look good too.

$21.40 - 3 BOX BUNDLE DEAL 510 SMOKTECH 1.7 ohm XL (15 RESURRECTORS)

Ya can check my blog entry for when I first started to see pics.... ;)

Im sitting here right now with the door open waiting for my FIRST "real" PV to be delivered. I (like so many) started into the world of e-cigs with the N-joy about 2 weeks ago.

WHERE IS THAT MAILMAN!!! :)

Caffeinator thanks for the links!! At first I thought WHOA! I am not going to be buying those things is 3 of them is over 20.00 and then I saw the "15 resurrectors" and thats actually a pretty darn good deal if they last a week. Thats around 1.40 a piece I believe!!

Pappy, I don't know why either as most things I have read talk about people using them with good results.

THANKS FOR THE ADVICE!!

I just did the math, and it's $1.36/ea. and yeah, one of those cartos lasts about a week before it's toast. Of course, it'll need topping off after the initial fill, but so does everything.

You might find them cheaper, IDK, but CCV is a nice place. Priority USPS shipping is free too.

You also don't HAVE to buy a whole 15-pack if you're just trying them out. They also have the REALLY big ones that hold like 2.5ML if they would fit your PV. :)

FYI, I've been getting much more than a week from my Resurrectors. I don't use a lot of dark thick juices though...

True that.

I like this one juice called Pumpkin Spice from MrE's....so tasty....but ya can't even see light through it. It's DARK. I'm also using a 15/85 B&M juice and all of 'em are 24mg.

So, yeah...some fiddling was needed to make it a week on one carto.

I mostly use all my 'baccy flavors in the cartos, and use atty dripping for the other flavors or things get weird fast..

I use the Smok Tech 1.7 single coil XL aka Resurectors and the LR Stardust on both my Kgo and Don which are both 3.7 Volts and have no burnt taste. Also have a bunch of converts/ friends using the same on their Kgo and E-Power without issue.

Hi Everyone,

OK, I am jumping ahead here and not reading ALL the posts but I think this may help. I am eagerly awaiting my K-Go to arrive tomorrow and I got some of the Vision V2 Carto's (Thanks Vapor Eyes for the direction, havent got the kit yet but Sweet Vapes has been a dream!) and I have been reading EVERYTHING I can about the setup I got.

On the order page for the K-GO I got (same exact as you I believe) it says in big letters "Only use SR carto's on the K-Go because with LR carto's you will get a burnt taste". If this has been said I apologize, if it has not this may be the problem.

Know that I have run my yap without reading the whole post I am going to go see if its been said. DON"T GIVE UP!! I need all the success stories I can read to help me can the analogs!!

Sorry I got the quote word order wrong, like I said I was jumping ahead of myself. Over zealous of wanting to be helpful I guess. :)

I guess like so many people have said on here, you have to try what works best for you and go with it!!

Thanks for the info though as now I will at least order one to try!!

I truly didn't appreciate my KGO purchase until I mounted a Resurrector on it.
I bought 1.5 ohm dual coils initially and they hit the same strength as my KR808D-1 e-cig.
Then I tried Boge 2.0's from Vapor Kings (They are local to me) and that was better.
But when I used the 1.7 ohm singles I new immediately they were for me!

Using one in a tank on my Silver Bullet as I type this.
(oh yeah...I have about 7 or 8 boxes of them just in case of a shortage.....) :vapor:

I'm not sure if you're talking to me or one of the other posters but I got my KGO kit from Dark City Vapor and it said nothing about only using SR carto's on the KGO or burnt taste. In fact, the Boge LR was what most people here recommended to purchase for what I was looking for in my smoking habits and why I bought them.

Now that I've used darn near every carto and about all my juice trying to see what was what, I know what the burnt taste is everyone talks about. It's not the same as the metal taste I got in those other two boxes of Boge cartos. But at least I know now what y'all are talking about.

Anyone that says low resistance should not be used on a kgo is out of their mind. With that said the terms LR, SR, and HR are subjective. I have not seen an official definition or defined range of ohms for these levels of resistance. With all of that said the only time i've seen an issue with a kgo was with a 1.5 ohm single coil carto. Even then im not even sure what the actual resistance was because I didnt measure it. I have used several 1.6 ohm dual coil clearomizers that actually measured at 1.6 ohms.

I'm using a Kgo/eGo derivative, the E-Power 14650. It's the same price and has user-replaceable batteries. Not the whole unit, the batts.

I'm using ONLY the LR XL (1.8ml) 1.7ohm "Resurrector" cartos on it. They rock.

Don't use crap.

That is all.
