I liked everything about Nextel except three things in the end, #1 being the most significant.
1. Started to think about what's in it and how its processed (or not processed) and decided that I didn't want to inhale off it no mo.
2. It took all the tinkering out of my life.
3. I prefer to make coil then insert wick. I could not get the Nextel to work for me that way.
Aside from those, I really liked it as a wicking medium.![]()
I tend to agree, on 2&3. I got the "kiln treated" 1/32 Nextel so I assume that means that it need not be torched to burn off impurities. I now have 2 ft. of it that I got from Big Tex so i guess I will need to use it up. I'm going to stay with my trusty plume producing cotton pads! Cotton just seems a more consistent vape from hit to hit. So far with the Nextel some hits are more flavorful and more vapor than others. Cotton is more forgiving for lazy people like me that just want to squonk and not think!
