Got a question for you experience peeps, what is the best thing to use to bond stainless steel into wood without using screws? I'm working on a mini mod and I'm gonna inlay some stainless steel strips with mirrored finish into the wood but need to glue it in but not sure what to use.

I would include J-B Weld in your trials, it's incredibly strong with tensile strength of 3960 PSI and withstands temps up to 550ºF. They also make a quick set but with all fast setting epoxies they are not as strong. If your going to use a lot of it you can by the large tubes around $28 at NAPA or Grainger JB Weld | World's Strongest Bond I would rough the hell out of the stainless with coarse sand paper before attaching, the rougher the better.
Some years ago I was replacing a head gasket on my buddy's car and found the gasket had blown between two cylinders and the block was flame cut between them. I told him we would have to pull the engine, strip it and have the deck resurfaced or I could clean out the groove and try the J-B Weld with no promise it would hold, he went with the J-B. I know he drove it daily for another two years before he sold it and it was still holding. I would never have offered that to a customer as a fix, but for my own vehicle or a friend who understood the chance taken I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
That little mill is awesome and since I build all my mods in my big rig, the size is perfect!

I may have to invest eventually. I bought a Grizzly 0704 which isn't quite as mobile.
Is that CNC ready? I'd like to go CNC with the Grizzly but again it's another fat chunk-o-change.

It can be converted to CNC very easily. In fact, there are lots of conversion kits for this model.

You have a serious spindle speed advantage on me which makes for better Delrin machining from what I understand. I'm maxed at about 2500 rpms that leaves little fuzzies on my Delrin/acetates. They do look to be nice machines.
While I have never used it on wood I don't know why it won't. I've been a long time fan of it, I even turned my gunsmith onto it when he was looking for something to attach ribs on shotgun barrels, he uses it all the time now. I'm tinkering today with getting the board and screen in my Hana box, I'll mix up some J-B and glue some pieces of wood together and let you know tomorrow how it works. I know I have some scrap pieces of brushed stainless sheet metal in the shop left over from when I made a back splash for the kitchen, I'll go out and bring some pieces in, glue them to the wood as well and see how it goes.
Yeah I'm not sure, when you go to the website --> JB Weld click on wood as the material you want to glue it does not bring up J-B Weld but rather their wood weld. But under the FAQ's it reads;
Q: Is there anything that J-B Weld WONT bond to?

Trucker, I glued pieces of wood dowels end to end and side to side as well as a piece of stainless to them. This morning I could push my thumb nail into the J-B Weld epoxy so I'm going to give it another 24 hours to cure some more before seeing how much force it takes to pull the pieces apart, I'll let you know tomorrow the results.
I'm in the process of putting the DNA 40 large screen in my Hana clone box and I could use some advice on how to hold the screen in place. Taking KTM's idea I made some brackets from a CD case cover, I have pieces made to hold both sides of the screen and the board above it. The screen is held firmly in place but it can be slid toward the top or bottom and can be pushed in from the outside. I need to figure out how to hold it in place, I want the ability to remove it later if I need but keep it from being pushed in. Does it hurt the screen to put hot glue on the back side? A couple dots of hot glue would hold it but I don't want to damage it. My other thought was to cover the back side of the screen with tape over lapping the edges with some tape then hot glue the edges of the tape to keep the heat from the glue away from the screen. The first few pics in the link above show how the screen is held with the brackets I made.
Any tips, advice, ideas or even telling me where I've screwed up would be appreciated!

A couple of drops of hot glue wont hurt a thing.
Tip: To easily remove hot glue soak it in isopropyl alcohol. The hot glue will peel away with ease.

Some of the thick "Gel" type CA glues have worked for me when attaching metal to wood.
