I also ordered the 18th and I am still processing! I mean really? They didn't know this was going to take off with Christmas expectations?

The "still processing" is not written in stone. Your order is probably on it's way. When I placed my order this morning, I noticed one of my orders several orders back is "still processing". A couple orders after that one, the status was listed as complete. All of my orders have been delivered and not delayed. You may be surprised and receive it today or tomorrow. At least, this is my personal experience.

I'm sure SI is working feverously to get all orders out in a timely fashion.

Hey Imagine, I bet you've answered this before, but about what size company IS Smokeless Image anyway? I'm guessing it's fairly small, maybe 20 people total? I'm taking a total shot in the dark. Doesn't mean anything either way if the company is larger or smaller. I just get the impression that it must be sorta small in order to have good customer service. Or maybe not? Anyway, just curious!

I, too, ordered on the 18th, got my "shipped" notice on the 19th, and it's due to deliver today...unless USPS sends it via Gainsville again
JoAnnW is quite right; you don't always get a "shipped" notice; not since a software glitch 2-3 months back. But, if you're feeling persistent, you could call CS and verify for yourself whether there is some hold-up (make sure to have your order number). Be prepared to hold for awhile: they're going to be super busy.

I also put my order in Tuesday evening, just got a shipping notice today...sigh. I am right "next door" so to speak, usually get my orders fast......I've been spoiled in the past by the quick shipping. It's all good, I can wait.....hahaha...I'm soooo lying!

I've got 3 different orders coming from 3 different suppliers and I'm trying to guess which will show up first... NY, OH, or FL? All ordered Tues. night and Wed. early morning. NY shipped notice came first then FL and now OH...oooh vapemail why do you taunt me so?!

You're not being nosy at all. I sort of got moved "per plan" -- my house is still on the market, however grr, so I'm still living at my brother's house (which is not a bad deal, compared to most Displaced Person's situations ).

I will be THRILLED when I can finally buy MY OWN new house, GET A NEW KITTY, and live my own slow-paced, quiet, modest little life again. This living with a bunch of people thing is exhausting.

I'm in my "tree stand" stalking watching (hehe) for my mailman. (JK, ) 2 of my 3 packages are out for delivery, although the third should be in there too since it left Nashville sort facility at the same time as one of the others! Got my fingers crossed anyway!

I don’t have a tree stand, but I’ve been looking out the window enough to know the blinds need to be dusted. Not sure why I’m excited. I’ve been using Kanger T3s for almost three months and don’t expect these to be a lot different except the threading. I guess I just like new toys.

I've been using Kangers for a while and "cured" the airiness by blocking two of the three holes in the base. I'd guess the same "cure" will work on SI T3s as well.
