Mission Impossible: It's "liquid," not "joose."

Not to nitpick, but shouldn't it read, "Does everything, and everyone, need to be corrected?"

Please correct me if I'm wrong. Commas are hard.

I spent about 10 minutes considering this as well. (No, I don't get out much.) I settled on not using a comma because "and everyone " is not an independent clause. It is also an essential element in the sentence, which does not call for the use of a comma.

I probably use too many commas. I figure I can do it now, and apologize later. Too many commas are better than no commas at all. :)

I usually call my PV a...well...PV. Or an APV. Sometimes mod. I like to have a steam after meals. Well, actually I steam all the time. But the after dinner steam is one of the best. Never did like the term "vape" but I guess we're stuck with it. I think fluid might work. No girly magazine connotations like joose ...and no confusion with a sippy cup drink like juice. And fluid doesn't always have nicotine in it. So I'm in favor of skipping "nic" or "nicotine" in the fluid's name.

When people ask about my PV, I say it is a "nicotine vaporizer". I want to be clear right from the get-go that the funky-looking thing I am inhaling from has nothing to do with illegal drugs.

That is EXACTLY what I called my system when the security guard at the courthouse asked me, "whiskey tango foxtrot is this, pal?"

Don't ask me why I was at the courthouse today. That's a topic for a different sub-forum.

Nah, juice is more fun. E-liquid is too clunky.

How about nectar or ambrosia?

Yep, I'm going to call it juice, and nothing will change that.

The fact that Americans have to worry about what nicknames they give a harmless product, for fear of "our" government banning them from consenting adults, shows you have seriously deranged our country has gotten.

No thanks, I will continue to call things by whatever name I see fit. Juice works just fine, and I think has a good sound to it!

I really don't get why people feel the need to force others to use certain words, or not use certain words. Personally, I like the term juice and will continue to use it.

Amen.

If the government is going to ban or regulate e-cigs, they are gonna do it. The best we can do, is continue to vape, write to our representatives as needed, and be vocal about our support for vaping. Oh , and spread the word.

Anything else is going to have little effect. I'm not going to get down on my knees, and starting using alternative terminology, because it might sound more politically correct, or whatever. No thanks!
