I cannot say if those will work, or not. I would tend to say no because of their flaky, chunky nature, but who knows. I think someone will have to try it.

But according to the spec sheet they should be able to handle the 450 degrees for up to 30 min.s without a cap.
They may need a resistor but,,,, resistance is futile..............

The spec sheet says nothing about dielectric strength though. Nor does it mention the modulus of elasticity, sheer strength, tensile strength, etc. I think it is a shot in the dark.

Hey we can build our own light bulbs but we can't make a potato so I'm going to stock up, I just ordered 500 lbs.

But I can't build a lightbulb and I'm allergic to potatoes so someone needs to get me a lightbulb or I'm gonna have to keep eating French fries!!!

i think i read it was successfully done, but you will need to mix with proper amounts of epoxy and graphite lube. there will be a lot of trial and error to find the right mixture, but read it was quite productive once done.

references? sounds like Bs to me. :p
