I decided not to wait, so I cancelled my order and requested a refund. They started the refund process at PP a little over an hour later. They do try to give the best service they can to their customers.![]()
My MicroStick/Ext will go on as my only Donkey for now... but I'll check in again when there are products actually made and available.

You can request a refund any time before the shipping. We do refund in 1-2 days after request.Are people cancelling if this takes their delivery beyond 45 days after payment? This is my first pre-order or list or payment upfront for something not yet available and I'm torn between being excited about receiving it eventually and nervous that I'll get a duff one and have no financial recourse if needed.
I think I shall stick with it and look forward to its arrival. But maybe not pre-order like this again.

That's normal and we don't try to prevent it. So far we got only 2 refund requests because of the delay.

To be clear, I didn't cancel my order because of the new production delay announcement alone. It was just the final piece of the puzzle... I had been considering cancelling for several days for other reasons (that are no fault of Mini ecig).

I did not cancel because of any delay.
I canceled because I had a duplicate order.
If you will check, you will find that I still have a order I am waiting on.
We have some bad news. Our CNC machines arrived with a delay and what is worse, no electricity is supplied.
The local electricity company is a monopoly and there is no way to speed them up. On this week they finally started working on this, but their job is still not done. Nearly every day we thought that we can finally start the production tomorrow, but we are still blocked. In 1-2 days electricity should be ready.
To speed up things and catch up on the plan, we rented one more CNC machine so now we try hard to make sure that we start shipping within 45 days for all orders. This run was started 26/04, so the earliest promised shipping date is 09/06. If we could start on this week, we would avoid delays, but now we have to face the fact, that we can't complete the orders in just 2 remaining weeks.

We will have a delay in several days for orders placed in April and in the beginning of May, though we truly tried to avoid this. Orders placed in the middle of May are now in safe. We'll ship them in time.
You don't need to worry about 45 days of PayPal guarantee. We allow refunds any time before the order is shipped. We did this previously and we'll keep that practice, so don't worry about this.
Once we get everything in place we'll post photos from production.
