Happy Halloween to my MM freinds! I brought a cuppa for you...
But since this is sparkle city, I brought some Kayte style pumpkins too!

Morning Chooch'Mornin, Dale.Gonna start thinking about washing the hazy windows. Gets cooler and vaping does me no favors with clear windows and mirrors! Fortunately I have discovered the squeegee!

Hi, QEW! That last "punkin" does a good job mimicking Daisy Chain and one of my very first tips is a sparkly copper color just like the other pumpkins! Don't have any rhinestones though. Hm-m-m-m-m

Another new technique to add to your collection. Kayte's got to make more of these Heather Hills of Scotland type tips! Have been having a grand time mixing and matching purples and greens whether it be glass or mods. It still does look like thin, fine delicate bits of pale green, purple and a couple of small areas of egg shell with three stems of light brown paper layered and folded over on itself at corners making the purple and green darker. All these colors are laid over a pale blue base that peeks out occasionally. Just a lovely, springy and interesting tip! Kayte, you must make more!!!

This has been my absolute favorite costume pic I've seen this year. Made me laugh and laugh! Their faces....

Today was 'the day' to empty my sisters stuff out of the storage unit, so bless Doug's heart... he's been doing the hauling part (with the help of two fine men) and I've been sitting in a bucket of tears, staring at it and wondering what the heck I'm going to do with it all. My house is once again a disaster zone. Can I have one of those treats, dale?
On the bright side, I already found new homes for the washer, dryer and book shelves. Whew! I'm on a roll! Wish you all could come go through it and take what you'd like! We'd have it cleaned up in a jiffy!
There was a surprise in all of this. My dresser and night stand from when I was little showed up amidst the rest. How bizzare is that?! I had no idea she had those. And, my moms Singer sewing machine. I believe she got it in 1957 and it still runs like a charm. Now if I just had a spot to squeeze it into without it looking squeezed.
There will be tips tonight at 6pm.
