Hi, Momma. Doing fine, thank you. :) Got a load of wash on, cleaned and set up an old floor fan that was use for screened porch, and now it's going in the eating area of the kitchen where my fat bottom resides most of the time. Just hearing the drone of a fan seems to make it cooler. Ha! Hoping this new medication will help you. My understanding is that predisone is not a nice drug to take long term.....but I'm a dunce when it comes to meds.

Hi everyone!
Looks like great things going on!

Congratulations on 1 year, Linda!!!!:banana::banana:

Mommabird! Congratulations and a very happy anniversary to you!!!:wub::wub:

KS - so glad to hear George is perking up!

DS - hope your having a fabulous time and can't wait to hear your stories. :D
These are my first Molehill Mt tips! Please ignore the mods and attys. I couldn't wait to match things properly. I cannot believe how nice these are. Pictures do not do these justice. Wonderful craftsmanship how the grain flows up the wood to the end of the tip and pops the Birdseye at the top. Time to bust out the wood mods. Thank you Doug and Kayte! Even the package was something special.
Hi 2buildawall! So glad they arrived and you're enjoying them! Thank you!
Forgot I owe y'all a picture of the clay on hollywood

I'm off to work on tips. YAY! Everyone stay cool (it's hot out there!) and I'll see you all later.

Hey, Sparkle! :)

Okay, nervously rebuilt a Subtank OCC .5 ohm coil, vertical, to a 1.50 ohm horizontal coil using 28 gauge Kanthal 7 wraps on a 3/16th post (the fattest one I had for the jig I was using). Took 3 tries and still felt I didn't use enough cotton. Well, I've got it up to 16.5 watts using second air hole to get adequate vapor. Took to 17 watts and had the nastiest dry hit! Yuck!!! My "taster tester" hubby says it's definitely a warmer vape than the same juice in Subtank on my 1.1 ohm "deck" build at 10.5 watts.

So, 1.1 ohms for cooler vapes (fruit juices) and 1.5 ohms for warmer vapes (coffees, RY4's, deserts)? I was pleased that I managed to recoil an OCC horizontally .....finally. Hopefully, will get better at it doing more and will be able to save and reuse the OCC housings like I do for my ProTank 2's. Will though have to find a supply of insulators because they eventually do "burn" or wear out.

Hey all. Just stopping in to say hi. :)

Happy vapeaversary to Lindamck!

And happy anniversary to you and your hubs, Momma!

Looks like I missed some awesome tips on Saturday. Congrats to the snaggers! Hubby and I were at Star Wars Weekends at Disney and then had a nice dinner out at one of the resorts to celebrate my getting an A on my mid-term. Yay!

Hope everyone is well! Enjoy the rest of your evening!
Congrats on aceing the midterm Inbe![emoji2]

Congrats Inbe on the A, and lovely tip. That one was definitely made for you.
Congrats also to 2buildawall on your first tips. Awesome Reo & Odin too.
George is doing SO much better. Eating & drinking like he should again.
The most challenging part is trying to feed George more, and hold back on Heartly so he doesn't start looking like a barrel.
Hope all of you are doing well and smiling this evening.:)
Yaaay George![emoji106]

MommaB - happy late anniversary! 35 years is nothing to sneeze at if it's to the same person. LOL. I would have to add mine up to get that many years together.

And congrats to all the new tip owners. Saw some pretty setups in this thread. Something tells me a few may appear tonight. That's just a guess folks.

Chooch, you're doing good with that rebuilding! I just ordered a subtank to try. In my mind, it can't be much different from my Lemo Drop but maybe there's something to what everyone says and the flavor is better. I'm all about flavor and convenience while out and about, traveling or at the office.

Came home to no dinner. :( Somehow, we managed to throw together BBQ chicken, fresh corn, squash casserole and a salad with tomatoes and cucumbers out of someone's garden at work. I love it in the summer when the gardeners bring in the fresh veggies and just put them in the kitchen for grabs. What I don't love is that when I got in my car, the thermostat said it was 102 outside and it's very humid. Where is my retirement home in the mountains and cooler air???

Glad George is feeling better KS. We've got the baby here on some meds that are helping her. She does have allergies so we're changing up the food first to rule that out. Good thing she likes fish cause she's now eating salmon dog food. Ick.

Hi, Ms.C! :) Still have a couple weeks' learning curve on the Subtank coils and deck. One thing found out right away was to lower the nic in the juice if you go higher than say 9 watts (a favorite stopping point for me). Am definitely a "cool" vapor. Am going to try with my 30 gauge next and see what I come up with.......Want to tootle puff on a sub ohm tank!

LOL Chooch. Well, know that we want to know how to tootle puff correctly. One cannot live with Reos alone. Well, some can but I can't. So, I'm watching you for info on what works.

Yep, work on tips doesn't always mean tips UP. Just means they're working on tips. Carry on. :)

Eta: OK, that may be enough wine. That makes no sense.

Awesome chooch!! Sounds like you are liking that STM. I have one on a SXMini that I use some. Its an awesome atty. Let us know if you find any of those insulator thingys. [emoji4]

Not to worry, Sparkle. Kayte just saying "working on tips" sets my Pavlovian response in action. Ha! :)

Momma, come to find out there are insulators and grommets. Grommets are the "plug" (red or white) thingies at the end of the atomizer that the legs of the coil come through (one inside, one outside) and the pin is pushed into. The insulator looks to be a flat piece situated under a metal plate one of the posts is attached to. Updated piece looks beige/tan in color. People had trouble with first ones. Got to get hubbs to drill out wick holes on housing of the build deck too. The black and white Kanger Subox Mini kits come with updated Subtanks. The silver looking Subtank I bought by itself has the older housing has the juice channels instead of wick holes. Not sure about insulator, but all insulators will degrade just like the grommets. Got to find again the Kanger contact where you can get a free newer replacement for the whole thing.

Ms.C, I've been known to get people in trouble! :) Not sure I'm the best person to watch on this particular tank, but I do have enough time to sort the thing out. Ha!

It's time to rise and shine and greet the day, Mountaineers! :) Go out there and make it a good one......I'm going to take a nap already......Beat the rooster up!
