Hubby brought home a fresh pineapple yesterday. Aiming to make a sort of upside down cake.......He's never "peeled" one before......I'm going to watch. Heehee!

Kayte, pineapple carving comes up this weekend. Having to stop him making desert for every night and making him share what he does make with neighbors.....none of which need the extra calories either!

Have him watch a few pineapple cutting videos on youtube! They can show him the easiest ways to tackle it.
Recently I learned that I've been cutting watermelon all wrong my entire life. I had to go buy a watermelon just so I could check out 'their way'. By golly... so fast and simple.
