Butterfly Migration IS a tough one to discribe in color as Kayte said. What it most reminds me of is Kayte's sparkly Rose Potpouri only with butterflies of white, yellow, pink and gold. It's kind of a reddish, maroonish over all color in inside light, but shine a flashlight on it or take it outside (we did get some sun today) and you do see multiple colors all over the place! AND my pansy Nauti Bedazzle glass matches beautifully; however, it looks best on a black, matte silver or gray skinned mod. It sort of works on the purple CoolFire 4 too......Forgot to mention that it does have the tiny multiple glitter evenly spread all around. This will be my "winter butterfly tip" because of they ARE migrating. :)

Welp, am using the non Nauty BVC on my silver Subtank all this morning til now. Looks like the center tube/chimney may be a hair longer in the silver than the black one I originally tried it on because there is a separation between the bottom of the glass and the top of the base this time. HOWEVER, hasn't leaked at all.......Okay, just tried on the white and black Subtank using Bedazzle glass to be sure. No gap. :)

Welp is right. So I bought a 5-pack of BVCs for my silver STM (still on a slow boat)...

(snip) I'm tickled that not only can you use the original and rebuild them or use the rba and can use the ProTank 2 single coils which I can rebuild, but now another option of the Aspire BVC......which I can also use on the ProTanks/Davides with the extension ring. Nothing like having more options! :)

I do have a PT2, so if those BVC coils don't work on my silver STM, I can try them on my PT2? What's the extension ring you speak of and where does it go, exactly? This one, perhaps?

Thanks. :)

Good morning, Katya. :) You were up late last night!

Yes, Kidneypuncher is the place to go for the adapter with grommet. All it is is a metal ring added to the base to extend the heighth needs for dual coils but just so happens to work for the Aspire replacement BVC's (non-Nauty).

I've also used it on top of an air flow controller rather than the original base for my PT's and Davides which does make the whole atty even taller. I bought several of these inexpensive adapters and even more of the grommets cause they're tiny and lost easily! I use them for my PT's but don't have to for the Davides.....or is it the other way around? It's been a while since I'm presently "finangling' around" with the Subtank mini.

Am again using the silver Subtank mini with a different replacement glass (blue this time....love colors!) bought from Sweet Vapes. The Aspire replacement BVC am using in it does NOT make that finger nail thickness sized gap. So, the Bedazzle tubes are a hair shorter than the original glass and the Sweet Vapes solid colored glass. Mystery solved! :)

Ha! 'Morning, Splat. :) The stress test is a step to finding out what the problem is.....IF there is one. That's a good thing....... Of course, I say this having not gone to a doctor in 3 yrs. Know my time is coming. Sooner rather than later I'm gonna "get mine"! :(

Good morning mountaineers! [emoji4]

Good luck with the test splat. Sending good vibes. And chooch, don't let me come out there and drag you to the doctor for a physical! TN ain't that far from me.

Y'all have a great day [emoji2]

Thanks, CCG! :D

So it's the length of the glass tubes, not the chimney, that that made the difference, correct? Interesting. Navigator (in another thread) couldn't get his BVCs to work in his silver Sub but I'm not quite sure why...

Well, I gave this a try, and it didn't work. The chimney inside the tank is too big for the top of the coil, couldn't close the tank.

Please excuse the OT interruption...

Have a nice day, everyone. Carry on! :)
