I actually use stainless steel tips more than anything. I like them. I'm also quite fond of glass.

Wood doesn't interest me. I prefer the coolness of ss and glass. I got this one for the paw prints.

My Precious - One of Kayte's talents is imagination, and we here are so thankful for it because we wind up with tips that are so beautiful and unique. She put My Precious on the tip because we all treasure our tips.....until the next one comes along that we just have to have! 
This tip is patina'd to look like aged sheet music and looks so lovely on my light or dark green Davide tank on top of my bronze mod. Hubby took the piano lessons for many years, and thinks he ought to use it too since HE can read sheet music.
Edit: Kayte can put different words on the music and make the tip in different sizes and shapes and uses different colored patinas! Be great tip for someone into music in a big way.

Thank you, Sirius. I think because I couldn't taste much of anything for about 5 mos. or so, I focused on the tips. After all, we got to look at them every time we put them in our mouths to take a vape. 
From the least expensive to the most, I watch the tip as it makes its way to my lips and admire colors, design, finish, and how it co-ordinates with the tank, then the mod. The last thing I see is the tip as I always look up as I start to vape! If I try looking at the rig while vaping, look crosseyed!!!
I so admire anything handmade, and Kayte and Doug's work fit the bill as to fit, form AND function. PLUS small enough I can easily take a few with me where ever I go to show off these little jewels!

Ha! I was looking at mine crosseyed just before reading that line Choo. Bwahahaha!
That's where the "side vape" comes in, Sirius. You can look at the tip longer without looking crosseyed and don't pucker your lips as you do with a "front vape". Learned this by watching Phil Busardo. Being old, one must really, really practice not to look too dorky at this vaping stuff!
