Awww... mercy granted of course! Did it break in just two pieces? At the insert? You can get it on life-flight (USPS) to us and we'll do our best to get it fixed! (No guarantees, but no charge either.
) Sounds like you have about as hard a time with them as our son. Seems like he needs one repaired every few months. Last one, he dropped and broke both the tip and his eVic in a parking lot.
Neither Doug nor I have ever broken one. Whew!It sounds like if fixing isn't possible you'd like a replacement? Do you happen to remember what I named it so I can look it up and see if I still have any of the same material? I'd be glad to look.

Congratulation's Choochoo! You're mighty swift!!!I did it! Yes, I did it! To quote myself, "I got it ba-a-ad." Plus it's Winter Solstice Day and no snow on the ground nor rain in the forcast. Had to celebrate.....celebrate......dance to the mu-u-usic!
I managed to snag three I really wanted! Though i wanted the abalone also. Both the tips I broke were total favs and I have the peices but they snapped where the oring goes.... not sure if that is fixable. It was called strawberry lemonade but it is peachier in color than pink to me. it was a long neck top and as I said I threw out neither broken one cuz I was sad and i have them sitting here. Looking forward to my new ones though!
Package them up and send them back to me. Doug really is great at rescuing them. So far I think there's only been one that walked away with a noticeable limp.
As long as it's just in two pieces he's more than willing to give it a try! Thanks so much for your purchase. We'll have them in the mail on Monday.
