Yay-y-y-y, Mrs C! :) A pretty Molehill tip DO make a difference. :D

Iowa Gal, Nope didn't work to clear coil. Tried vaping on it and it was very contricted worse than before and no vapor. So, took the thing apart as far as I was able. Could easily get pin and grommet out of the bottom which pulled the wire out with it and part of the wicking of unknown material. Both wire and partial wick were coated black heavily. Couldn't with two pliers get the main two pieces apart to see inside. No saving the atty to try to rebuild, but don't know the wicking material anyway!

Got my 2 packs of vertical coils in today.

Of course. So in my quest of actually making my nautilus tanks bulletproof. I found the hollow bodies. And the regular steel replacement. Well. The normal steel replacement made my juice taste funky. No offense. But it was different from the glass. And even the hollow body. And I could not tell how much juice I had left. So I was digging and found these
qa3asatu.jpg

Not the greatest pic. But they are steel replacements with colored Pyrex at the bottom. Yes they fit the normal nautilus Due to the Pyrex being close to the place where your juice wicks. The taste remains like the glass sleeve tho. Hang on and I will grab a link to the guys page

Thank you, Hemp! :) Where I read in the description, says polycarbonate for colored part. Which would make sense if these are merely caps to go OVER the original Nauti and to help make the cap lighter. If they are NOT a cover and are replacements for the for the tank itself, beware of tank cracker juice. :( How in the world is the colored part attached to the metal part? Anyway, Hemptation, your info is good for those who do have the original size. Now iffen they could just make the glass for the mini in colors!

Am on day 4 of the mini Nauti and this morning noticed a restriction on the inhale even tho had the air control on the biggest hole. :( Took the atty out and took a look from the top. Seems like the screen was pretty dirty. Mind you that I am a very heavy vaper and did put dark juice thru as well as my fruit flavors. :p

So, took out and put in alcohol a few minutes, then rinsed under warm running water for a few. I then took a Q-tip and gently wiped off the screen. The tip end of the Q-tip did come away pretty black looking. Now it's drying a bit. We'll see later if this "unclogging" of the screen worked! :p

Let me know if that works chooch. I run tobacco flavors in one of mine, some of which are NETs. I know that can shorten the life of a coil so I would be interested if that cleaning method works:)

Thanks for the vaca well wishes everyone :) On the road right now. I hated leaving my babies-they knew that when that suitcase came out that Something was up ;)

our Sudanese son, William Atem stays at the house with them when we are gone and they love him to pieces! William is one of "The lost Boys of Sudan" and we took him into our family in 2000. He is like a son to us and calls us mom and dad and thinks of our girls as sisters. We are all the family that he has and is such a blessing!

Sirius hope things came out ok at the doc today :)

Well, slap me silly! Going crazy switching incoming tips (Reflections, Pg 836, post 8355 and Treas. of the Caribbean, Pg. 839, post 8382) on different mods and different colored tanks PLUS checking out the new coil on the mini Nauti against a fresh rebuilt ProTank coil.

Next will try the cellu cotton against the Nauti vertical coil as I read where you can go higher tempatures with it which is where, I think, the vertical coil shines bringing out the flavors more. However, so far, haven't heard any news about successful rebuilding of the Aspire vertical coil.

Now to the tips! :w00t: The Reflections I snatched 'cause I thought it would look perfect on my Petals MVP. Was I ever right! There's orange red, salmon, blue, green and yellow (all pale colors) washed over a white base dissected by lines of white. Kayte, you must of put the "ribbon" on BEFORE painting and took it off after it was dried. You mimic Doug's segmented tips!!! I then sat it on top of a blue glass ProTank with sand blasted butterflies in white from Phiniac......Got to have butterflies among
the "Petals"...:p.....and put it on the MVP. Cuter than a "bug in a rug". :p The tip goes as well on the white ProVari and the blue MVP with different colored glasses. Happy as can be!

The Treasure of the Caribbean was shaped like the Mermaid (pg. 815, post 8144) which I can't stop using! Both tips are the larger sized brothers of the Golden Flame (pg. 345, post 3442) which I dearly love using on my mini tanks. Anywho, the Caribbean is a lavish, rich looking tip with clear, vivid glistening green, a bit of blue paint, with a tad of gold foil on top of big time crackled copper foil all on black base.....Don't know whether to vape on it or put it in my jewelry box! Of course, it looks best wearing a smokey glass tank on black mods, but looks darn good on top of my dark green Davide and the dark teal ProTank sitting on the bronze ProVari with its brass beauty ring and brass extension ring.

So, you see! I've been "crazy" busy switching out coils, tips, tanks and mods trying to find the best taste (Nautilus) and the best looking setup for the new tips......I've been blessed.......

Well I probably wouldn't take the time to rebuild the BVC coils...hopefully they will become more readily available and a little less expensive soon. Hopefully my afternoon at work goes as well as the morning....if so it's going to be a productive day:banana:

I'll be happy as long as 101vape can keep them in stock for $12.99. That's already a vast improvement over how much a 5 pack of nauti bdc coils were when they were the hot new thing. Not to mention a pack of coils for my vivi nova-s bdc are like $9.99 still and there's nothing special about those...

Gf3. I really like my vivi nova tanks. But only had about a 50% working percentage of the coils. Talking about them not working straight out of the package of course I know more now than I ever did then. But those coils are just garbage. I would rather stick to my cartomizer a and M2 or ibtanks than deal with them. My coils from 101vapes showed up today. Ordered Friday afternoon at 4pm. Showed up Monday at lunch time. Talk about service.

Those tips sound fabulous chooch! I got the Treasure of the Caribbean II for my copper colored Hana. It's a little bit shorter. I imagine it came today so I will have to wait till friday to try it out:) The colors are great on that tip in the photo so I can't imagine it in life!

It'll knock your eyes out, Mommabird! :hubba:

I'm sitting her vaping on TWO mods: the Mermaid on the purple ProTank on the black MVP and the Caribbean on the Nautilus on top of the bronze ProVari with brass fittings. Can't descide which one to use!........I've become certifiable.....

Ah, chooch. Double Fisted -- the way to go!

I've always had a few devices all ready to rock 'n roll and most certainly alternate throughout the day :)

When going out and about I often grab what ever takes my fancy for the moment, knowing I have a couple charged Itastes and smaller toppers stored in my purse.

My dilemma's right now are that I have a selection of various toppers I enjoy any my drip tip display stand (reserved for my favorite, mostly Molehill BTW,) is full. I've worked and waited long and hard for this problem!
