Grandkids look darling, tips look wonderful, dogs look cute......think we're missing a horse, some birds, couple of fish and a cat! .......Yep, seems like our "family" has pretty much everything you can love on and admire.

Thanks for the recommendations on the gold/green ProVari decision. Think I'll go green as hubbs would be more apt to use. Black will always be around, but you never know when they'll discontinue colors. Missed out on the red and blue, but they're matte finish whereas the green has "glistening" finish like the bronze. The PV3 has more than what I can use or need......or comprehend. There's stuff on my 1997 Caravan I haven't used and would need to reread the manual! :p

I said I was the second...

PS - Kayte, it is a bit confusing to us logical engineer types when you "like" a complaint post, but then post saying there are no problems with all the chit chat (but in the same post say you skipped it all). But, it's your forum and your post is the final word. Guess I'm just too used to other vendor forums that stay at least 80% on topic. We've lost a couple followers in this forum due to the excessive off-topic discussions (I've received a few PM's to that effect), not that it effects your business - everything sells. I'll still hang out, browse the chit chat a bit faster, and still participate in interesting discussions as usual... Peace.
I've been confusing my engineer father in law for years. :D Thanks for explaining, now I see where the confusion got started. I skipped all the posts when I was announcing tips... not my post about everything being fine. But let me explain. I 'liked' the post to acknowledge that I had read it AND because there was something that I agreed with. (I'm not going to go back and find it to quote, but the paraphrase of what I agreed with that I think was said, was that we shouldn't let this thread descend into the kind of thread where there are arguments (or just bossiness) over the best mod, the best juice, the best coil, the best rebuildable, etc. I think it's fine to discuss those things, but we all have different taste and desires as to what we want out of this vaping adventure. For instance, some love the hobby of making their own coils and others prefer the simplest 'plug and play' routine. Whatever each one enjoys is fine and whatever floats each of our boats is fabulous... because our boats are floating! We're not smoking. There were a few posts that were just a tad pushy about preferences and I thought that was what was being addressed. (I could totally be wrong, but that's how I took it.)

About how much chit chat goes on in here, I totally understand and truly sympathize with those that subscribed to the thread so they could be alerted to when new tips are listed. It's a major pain in the neck to get a ton of emails each day, especially when it turns out there isn't a new tip in the bunch. :( The flip side of that is that everyone on this thread has been sooo gracious to continue to hang out and keep the thread active for us while Doug and I have been tied up with special orders, the lathe breaking down, me getting sick, etc. You told me that you would be here when we 'got back' and you meant it. That has been amazing to me! We've been so worried because there haven't been enough tips to show you all for the last month, month and a half?... but you've hung in there with us, patiently waiting instead of abandoning ship. Thank you!! When there are very few tips posted, you can only talk about them for so long. lol I hope that helps clarify my thoughts on the subject. I'm sorry I confused you!

Along those lines: We're going to wrap up the special orders we have right now and then won't be taking any for awhile. We feel bad about that, but we're both starting to feel a little zapped in the creativity department. That will mean that we'll have more tips to share with all of you though, so good news/bad news? It's a toss up, isn't it?
Tips tonight?! Did someone say tips tonight?! LOL I probably should steer clear. I have two on custom order and don't want to send my account into seizures ;) Need to curb vape spending.....famous last words. LOL
Mommabird62
I don't know if there will be any tonight. Doug has spent most of the day setting up special orders. ;)
I on the other hand spent half the day doing a granddaughters finger nails. She's four and she thinks I'm brilliant. She's never had such 'amazingly pretty fingernails in her whoooole life.'
Glitter, did someone say glitter?
bling_zps2586ddde.gif
It's high time we get a little sparkle goin' on! :D
Ummmm... WHEN is Fall? :?:
(I've have to live vicariously thru you guys..... sweating all the way thru October... YUCK!)

Least I've got some very COOL MM tips. ;)
You have my condolences! I love Fall! It's beautiful here today - mid 60's. We're supposed to drop to mid 40's tonight and not reach 60 tomorrow. Sounds like it could be a good day for the first fire of the season. I'm excited! The aspens up on the mountain will start turning now.

Sirius... sisters can tear you up one side and down the other. I am NOT old enough to be your mother. You take that back right this minute! I'm bettin' you're older than me. :sneaky::p

Since you love it when I proudly show pics of my grandkids.... today is Austin's 2nd birthday. He likes to sing. Loudly. :D

I'm either going to take a nap (fat chance) or work on The Shire. It's coming along! I'm defeating Mordor, slowly but surely! See you all later!

Y'all are all awesome by the way.

Thank you again mrs Kayte. Y'all did an amazing job on my tips. Lol. I actually told me Doug to do whatever he wanted. Y'all already know what I like. And left it at that I often get free reigns over my work. And that's when I shine Glad y'all are bucking down and the new lathe is obviously working great. I can't thank y'all enough. Truthfully.

Chooch does already have a bronze one! =) And the one for sale is just waiting for payment tonight, then it will be marked sold and off to its new owner. I may still put the satin silver mini up for sale, I haven't touched it since getting my bronze/green mini. I really want to find a blue/blue with matching extension. Perhaps as more 2.5's get pawned off to fund new P3 purchases I'll get my hands on one.

I think it's a good thing to take a break from the seemingly never ending list of special orders for a short while and focus on slamming that site full of gorgeous tips, you guys have a good feel for what's popular, what shapes are desired most, etc... Plus it turns us all into salivating wolves hunting our next kill wondering when that next must have tip will be listed. It would be cool to see multiple pages of available tips on the website.

I tip my Fire of Mordor to you for good luck, go desolate that smaug!

Good evening...love the pictures and Kayte :bday: to your adorable grandson. Very busy at work this week...but making some headway on the backlog. I don't remember if I mentioned but after watching Nellie on Monday her mom called me Tuesday and she has pneumonia. Lots of yuck going around..little Nellie is going much better (think it's from Grandma magic) and my daughter is slowing coming along.

Chooch....did you get your Bedazzle tube? I hope you enjoy yours as much I as I do mine....nothing like a beautiful mod matched with a beautiful tank and MHM tip:D

Iowa Gal, no dang it! Will be delivered tomorrow, and another two on Saturnday. Seems, they have trouble getting out of Wisc. So, the one I ordered the night of Sept. 4th will get here tomorrow. Can't forget a weekend is in the number of days counted. The two ordered on 7th will get here on the 13th, Sat........maybe.

Had to email Bedazzle to see if they even sent the order out. Seemed there was a problem with PayPal, and I wasn't the only one to have it.

Looks like you missed the "yuck" by a hair. Kids back in school will start bringing home all kinds of stuff besides homework. :(

Welcom back, SirPuffs. :) Hope your vacation was all you planned, but you may want to read Kayte's last post about custom orders!

Edit to add: BUT, since you were away and getting your own material, maybe an exception will happen? PM Kayte and Doug and pray!:nun:

It's just a break. So they can catch up on inspirational work. Be. Rather than tip slaving for the greedy tipsters. Lol. I Kidd

Thanks for the jam Sirius No doubt

Gf3. I have been wanting. A blue one since I got my first rari. So I understand. And the 2 times they have hit the classies. They were gone in no time. Like less than 10
Minutes. Really. But if someone has a route to one. Provape will do an lED upgrade. And tatroe makes a blue base and extension. So sounds like there is a way.

Pm me for the other details my ro

Ok, I skipped liking a bunch of posts because I was so far behind today...... Happy Birthday to the Grandson, Get well soon to the Granddaughter, Hope everyone is doing good today, feeling better. I'm pretty sure Doug is not set up to turn stone tips, IF that cat's eye is stone. Last but not least, paypal didn't send me a shipping notice either, twice in one week they had me worried!

All caught up, yay! "Waves to the MMA peoples"

Merry, care to take some pics once the leaves start coloring up and sharing with us? Sadly I won't be able to enjoy the north woods colorama this year. :-(

Of course! There'll be the back of my horse's head in all the shots, though...

Now THAT's a really awesome shot - enough to make me jealous. I'm originally from Texas, and have done plenty of horseback riding, but never in a winter snow. Very envious of you, and pretty much everyone that gets to experience actual seasons, unlike the boring weather we get in Southern California. Sure, it's almost always "nice", but I sure miss actual seasons.

PS - I'll try to make a point of keeping every post somewhat on topic to this vendor thread, and this is a perfect opportunity. The "pine cones in snow" tips are amazing, and I'd be riding that horse while vaping my P3 with the pine cones in snow tip. Ah, bliss.
