Yeah I chipped one of my faves like that too..actually mine suffered from road rash...it was run over by a car or several since we found it out in the road! But Doug fixed her up good as new and now she's renamed Road Warrior! So send them a pic and see what they say!

Honestly it is so very simple but you have to open your air flow hole up to at least 1/8 inch for lung hits. That's the reason behind my 4mm tip holes also.

yea KS cracked silver now thats sumpin right there

KS you can google dyed stabilized wood and find some nice purple wood with lots of movement
