I just couldn't help myself. It looks Egyptian to me and I love Egyptian air work :)

That's what I thought, too! It's just beautiful! This is the kind of work Doug does on a lot of his bowls and vases and I've missed it. I'm loving seeing it in tips! :) Thanks Shy De!

I try to post some each day early to mid-afternoon and again in the evening. It all depends on what we're working on and how long they take. Sorry it's so random!

What a beautiful mod! And tip! Does the mod have a finish on it or is it raw wood? It's lovely... looks very smooth and comfortable to hold!

I am getting super excited to see those beauties!

Me too! Doug has been working on them most of the day. Shouldn't be long now! :D

This has been 'special request day' over here on the mountain. :)
