And I'm not sure we can do things like this but I'm hoping since this thread has animal folk, its ok. My organization is having a fundraiser at Facebook. Our shelter ran at $30 grand in the hole, so the money is greatly needed. Some nice stuff being auctioned off. Maybe you'll see something you'd like, and it will be helping us keep up the work we do.

 Evie wanted to sit and lay on me most of the time... and wiggle around. Jaden wanted to lean on me... and shift himself around every few minutes. I feel like I've been tenderized.

Angel I would love to see a beach outside everyday! Oh how I miss the coast,
I have advancing skeleton, but he doesn't dance because I am not close enough to the window sadness!

But with beach comes heat and humidity. Although I love a nice beach, living around beaches all these years has made me retreat to the indoors. We have pool in our backyard with 8 months of swimming season and I haven't been in it in 5 years. The grandkids are the only ones that use it. I'm too afraid of the sun exposure anymore and the oppressive heat is too much. It was almost 90 degrees today...it's almost November!

We're doing the opposite of most people and hoping to move north in retirement. I want to get back to someplace with four seasons and cooler temps. In a perfect world, we'll have a small home here and a small home in Colorado, where all the kids are. Unfortunately, we're not quite there.
