Oh, Kayte, the Purple Water Color "spoke to me", but now it's ringing my bells! Came home yesterday from shopping and ck'd mailbox. Nothing....not even a flyer. It was late in the afternoon too. Dang! Well, might get two tomorrow, Thurs. Hubby goes to pick up morning paper this 9 am, and comes back with a brown envelope. Must have been delivered very late yesterday he says. It was out there UNPROTECTED the WHOLE night!!! Gimme it! Seeing as I was having a bit of trouble dealing with with the tape, he offered to open it for me.......One look from me, and he decided to read the paper. Got it open, and Oh, Kayte, Kayte, Kayte! This tiip is not only gorgeous but stunning! It is purple and lavender and muted white with hints of gold and blue and its translucent in spots and glistens in others. I'm l-o-v-ing this tip! Thank you Kayte and daring to try something new. Whatever you did, it certainly worked!

Okay, I'm now working on hubby's anniversary present to me.....It's in Feb......The Green Teal Mist will be used as a spring and summer
accessory. Have to plan ahead don't cha know.......Well, anyway that's the reasoning I use ;-)!
lol I think you're planning to far ahead. Yesterday (Dec.4th) was the national "Wear Brown Shoes Day". I'm pretty sure you needed a new tip to celebrate that! If that one doesn't work for you, it was also "Santas' List Day."

Today is national "Bathtub Party Day."

I need you to do write ups to describe the tips! :D Seriously, I'm so glad that you're loving it!!! I had a lot of fun working on it! I have two more to do today (one dark and one light) and you've inspired me to get to it!

Hope everyone is having a good day! We are officially snowed in at this point. About 10" on the ground and they say we could get a foot more before this storm goes away. My little PT Cruiser couldn't get out of the driveway if it wanted to, so no mail going out today and probably not tomorrow if the plow doesn't get up here in time. :(

Be back in a few with new tips. :)

 You guys sure are making up for lost time!!! :2cool:
Trying to! :)
I just love coming here and looking at your dt's. They are all so different, colors and shapes. Each one is a surprise. Someday they will be within my budget. Meanwhile they are nice eye candy.

Thank you aikanae! I'm really glad you enjoy them enough to take the time to come look. I appreciate the encouraging words. I sure understand the budget situation.
Keep an eye out. I'm planning to give a tip away here soon, so join in on that! It'll be Christmasy fun. :)

Got the Peacock tip today and it's what I thought it would look like and goes nicely with the dark blue Davide tank on silver ProVari and black MVP. The tip looks almost black in dim room lighting with some gleaming teal blue showing here and there. However, there is a big surprise when held in bright sunlight or under direct light! A burst of lighter blues and lavenders and a hint of mauve hits you. Wow! Never would think all that was in there! The tip's shape and size is very similar to the English Toffee I have and really enjoy. The Peacock is a bit slimmer at the base and thru the neck, but flares a tad more at the very tip. Very much like that additional slimmness. Would this size and shape lend itself to the "Sparkle Gems" and "Pine Cones in Snow" materials?.......I think....... I've caught......the fever.....Uh oh......

I'm glad you took it to good light! The photos are so hard to get right because they have to be taken in good light. I darken most every photo because I know people don't do all their vaping outside in the sun light. :glare: My living room is very dark, so I try to edit the photos to come out a happy middle ground that is representative of what the tips really look like. We've been playing with lighting today... I'll show you in my next post, with the tip I'm about to list.

Want to make sure we're discussing the same tip before I answer the shape question. Is this the Sparkle Gems tip you're referring to?

Hi Sirius! I have one piece of that left. I'll set it aside with your name on it and you just let me know when you're ready to have it made. :)

Got a new tip up on the website (link in my signature.) :)

I'm going to show you two photos of it... one with flash and one without.

Crushed Marbles in Black - Acrylic
(With flash. Shows the lovely shine and colors that are there in good lighting. :) )

Without flash - made it look dull but the colors are more accurate to what I see in my dark living room. The tip is nice and shiny!
