The one I'm running in the pic is 3 mm shy of an inch,( that's from end to end, not just the part that extends outside of the atomizer) which I feel comfortable with for length. As for shape I was thinking an hourglass with the ends cut off? So flared ends? And I think since the wood isn't burl, I'm thinking a plain Madrona wood look nice and finish this off properly. What is the diameter of your pathway in the tips?

Basically, this but in Madrona

And the ambroyna burl... That's good to know :)

That size is fine. :) Pathway is 1/8".

Doug likes making them with a more rounded, narrow mouth piece for comfort. He can make the one you've pictured, but see what you think of these similar (sort of) shapes:

And this to show flat bottom... ignore the sparkles.

I always liked that one too, Sirius!
Whew! Took me awhile to catch up!!

Well, I have been taking a few pictures and I just have to tell you Kayte, I m loving my new tips and this one was ready and made into my pictures today. It's so beautiful... Thanks again so much!

Oh cat! What a beautiful setup! It looks like the copper in the tip works great with the mod and gorgeous wrap. I'm so glad you're happy with the new tips. :)
Kayte and Doug...... you two are going to be even BUSIER soon...

Yeap, Serious... that's on you. ;)
What are we going to be busy doing? :D
Do any of you have a cloning machine?:laugh:

I have to show off one that Doug finished today (special order.) I love these so much!

Yes, indeedy, Sirius! Got to support our homies for sure. :) With that in mind, hubbs and I are traveling to Nashville tomorrow with a group of vapers to support The Vapin Greek, Dinitris, when he speaks in front of the state house subcommittee as to why vapor products should NOT be considered tobacco products and the act of using a vapor product is NOT considered smoking. Should be interesting!

Sirius, if you look at page 213 of this forum as well as page 296, you'll see a couple more segmented wood tips AND they ain't just for guys! Love the craft work that Doug puts into them. Seems they ought to be put on display as a piece of art instead of vaped on! :D

'Moring, Catcat!:)

Choo Choo -- I commend you on your supporting Dimi, and I hope you have a great time! You know Dimi had the idea for the 3D RDA that Atmomixani came out with,( 3-D = Dimis Dream Dripper)..It's a dripper/tank system..A must have on my dripping devices list..lol

Yep about the segmented tips and guess what? I just placed my order for that exact one. ;)

No-o-o-o-o! Didn't know that! Gonna look it up although I've never dripped.

YAY for you for the segmented wood! Those tips must take a huge amount of time to do, and imagine trying to fit those teeny tiny pieces together into something so beautiful.......

I don't mind..Ima pre-pay if I need to and he can take his time..He's usually pretty fast though. lol

Is the OliveR Dibi going to be your first bottom fed device? If so - get ready to sell everything else once you take your first draw off of it. Just saying.......

Bottom fed dripping without all the mess. I'm strictly a bottom feed girl. My Provari hasn't seen any action in well over a month, and my Kamry hasn't either. The REO's get all the action, and soon my OliveR will too!

And Choo choo - if you're re-building, you should be dripping! I was just thinking that if Phil doesn't care for the REO he's going to review, he should send it your way!

Yep -- It will be my first if I can get over the heart attack about the price of the thing..lol ;)
The wait time is exceptionally long also.. Idk I may rethink that. There are other bottom feeders out there.
