that's awesome hope you have a good time and a safe camping trip.

I even started rebuilding my nautilus coils. which is fine if that is the only tank you are going to be using. the rebuild requies you drill a hole straight thru the casing and then slide cotton all the way thru so cotton is exposed outside of the coil once you are finished. and due to the way the coil sits on the bottom of the nautilus this can not sit on a desk unattended for a few days. I am a flavor type vaper head. so I constantly switch between 4-5 flavors all day. lol. really hoping the new coils are worth the hype.

I'm sure glad some of you have had good luck with tank systems. They are just NOT for me. Even the Kayfuns I have problems with. I tried some of the simpler ones also like the IBanked system. I hate cartos. They just taste bad to me. The only tank I will ever use again is the 6ml bottle in my Reo. As far as coils and attys go. Nothing beats dripping even if I am doing it upside down. lol

What they said on the Nautilus I have several and they can be tricky until you get the hang of them. I have them on both Provaris , MVP2 and a mini on a vv3. I love mine and have the new coils running on a couple of them. Still have some old to use up. Really liking the new ones and you can get by with running the power up a little higher

Here are my Nautis on my rigs. The regular sized ones have the hollowed out ss tank sleeves on them. All are dressed in MHM tips of course (oops, except for one) Pic is fuzzy but the Provari mini is a dragon series. The other one is the emerald green

I was hoping it would make bookkeeping a little easier. Don't know that it will so if you all don't like it, I can remove it and we'll just keep chugging along as usual.

I'm expecting a new grand(not a baby) too. I'm sitting on pins and needles over here. I either get to meet her tomorrow or Friday. I.can.not.wait.! I wish I could show you all a picture, but legally I'm not allowed to. Yet. Once the adoption is finalized I can and then watch out.

I'm sorry about the lack of tips so far this week! I was a zombie yesterday (no sleep) and today the lathe decided to rip up it's belt so Doug had to go to town and find a new one. Doug did spend yesterday working on special orders and getting a bunch set up for me to play with. Hopefully he'll get those finished and ready for me tomorrow and we can have them done Thursday and Friday. Of course if our new addition comes over tomorrow, all bets are off. I'll be busy hugging on my granddaughter.

Keepsmiling, I tried to pm you, but trouble with the inbox...so I'll post here. The guys gave you good advice...and here's mine copied from the pm I tried to send you:

The rule of thumb is don't go past 2 whole numbers on your volts for the resistance of the coil or you risk burning your coil. So...if you have a 1.6 coil, don't turn your volts up past 3.6. You would probably even like it at 3.5 or 3.4. (like Hempt proposed)

I have found for my 1.8 aspire nautilus coils, I like my vape on my provari at 3.7. As the coil starts to get old, I turn it down to 3.6 and then 3.5 to try to get the most life out of it and have my juice still taste good. I think you would be happier with the 1.8 coils on a vv such as your vari, hon. Did you get the kit with a couple different resistance coils to try on your tank?

I work at a vape shop, so we troubleshoot this type of issue all the time.
