Well I promise you it wasn't me Momma that got Purple Eruption! Although I would have loved her...I have the perfect new Bedazzle tank she would have looked great on...but I was late to the party again! Dang, that kid of mine, expecting me to put some food in this house! :p

Absolutely gorgeous tips Kayte! I would have had a hard time choosing if I had been here!...Oh who are we kidding, we all know I would have went for the purple one!

And welcome to stvan1...nice to see a new face here on the Mountain...it's a great little family here! :D

Oh no, Mommabird! Wasn't me cause you know was too short.....Matter of fact, all of them were, so the few dollars left on my gift card are still there....for next time! :D "Hi-i-i-igh hopes, got hi-i-i-igh hopes....." Now that one was before my time.....I think.

TY Chooch No biggy ;) I knew it was too short for you ;) I lean towards the shorter ones. Don't get me wrong, I have a couple that are near the 1 1/2" mark and the Random Segmented is my tallest-love them as well.

Think I'm going to sign off. Been a long and tiring day so y'all have sweet dreams :D

Wide bore isn't about airflow, despite what some cloud chasers would LIKE to believe. The 510 connector is only SO big, so a bigger tip won't get you more air. However, a wide bore is essential to dripping. None of my drippers have MM tips for that reason - can't drip through them. But, like it was pointed out, K&D aren't hurting for business. Besides, I like my metal & glass wide bore tips on the drippers. Everything else gets the "fun stuff" :)

What does a 510 connection. Have to do with this?

Nothing After speaking with a few very experienced drippers Who are not cloud chasers. They confirm that part of it is being able to drip without removing the top cap. But they still do to make sure they drip directly on their wick and coil anyway If you look at that top cap drip tip. It has a 1/2 opening. It is all about air flow No restrictions. And I can tell you from first hand experience. Dripping using that top cap is extremely airy due to the 2 - 1/8 holes bored out in each side of the cap

Yes I understand what you are saying. But not every tip has that funnel effect with its connection

John is right about the widebore "tips". A 510 connection can only have so large of a diameter hole, and grooves for o-rings, to fit a drip tip connection. It's nothing more than show off gear. An MhM with a 4mm bore can be lung hit no problem. Those wide bore top caps however are a whole different story and meant strictly to allow completely unrestricted airflow and provide a fantastic way to burn your mouth and tongue with juice flares, lol.

They actually perform quite well. I keep my builds between .3-.5 tho I think you would be surprised how well they work honestly. The flavor diminishes some. Not a lot but some. The one built for the tugboat replaced the entire cap. And I don't like it at all. But on the tobh atty. it's a dream

Of course there are a few drippers that have aftermarket top caps with drip tip built in, thus no 510 drip tip neck to squeeze through. I was generalizing, as 98% of drippers come stock with a 510 drip tip connection. SO many cloud chasers believe a wide bore 510 drip tip will give them more air, but that's not the case - you're always limited to the narrowest opening. Of course, removing that limitation gives you more air, but that's the exception to the norm.

Well..SOME may not sub ohm with their Molehills but my 4mm bore Lime Stripe does the job for me on my Plume Veil. It's a tall tip 1&11/16" and is quite a cool vape. I just got done with my morning Frapp vaping on the Veil @ 0.41 ohm. ;)

Looks marvelous Sirius!!! Love your Vanilla :) I have one and she is a beautifully built mod with a switch that is smooth as butah! ;) that tip looks great on it. Got a black box from TPR yesterday and have it all steeping as we speak. I could honestly not order another drop of juice for a year and still not run out ;)

Kewl! caps are off now and when I get back to the house I may have to dive in! LOL I'm hanging out at hubb's mattress store right now for a bit while he is out of town. He is the owner and I help out on occasion. ;)

I feel the same way about NT-most of what I get from them is good but some needs to steep and the owners are stellar peeps ;) I have a couple of other places that I gravitate too also and I find that what I want has changed from my earlier days of vaping ;) Must be something in the MHM tips ;) LOL
