My mom was a weekend smoker for the summer (Ren Faire) and now is having nic fits, so rather than start smoking, I got her on the PVs. So, of course I sent her to Drew for liquids - she just spent about $50 on samples! :D

Thats great Kristin! I just bought 4 of the PC starters for some friends and family I am trying to get off cigs! This thing is definately spreading! Of course, I had to get some of Drews killer HV liquid! lol!

No doubt! And one of the easiest ways to ensure she stays off the analogs is with a good base of Nhaler juices. I hope she got some of the Pear Lung!
No lung juice yet, but about 8 samples (she's gonna let me try them, too) and a 20ml of my fav, French Vanilla Coffee! :D

I hope it's a lot easier for Daughter's to convert Mother's than it is for Mothers to convert Daughter's! Mine has a sort of aversion to do as I do. Maybe it's an age thing. Really, how smart could Mom be, anyway.
You can tell your Mom for me, this does really work just fine! More than six months with no analog. Not one. And my brother-in-law says "still sucking on that thing?" He's a guy who stopped smoking cold turkey, gained about 150 pounds, and said it took him 5 years to fight the temptation for a smoke. I informed him I DIDN'T want one from day one, and my blood level for nicotine absorbtion is about at second-hand smoke level. Shut up. Then my brother's wife came in the door, and said what smells so good? It was my caramel flavoring in my JC Original knock-off juice. Gives off a very nice atomsphere, she thought. It also tasted pretty good in my desert bars! Which my brother-in-law liked as well, so go figure. Guess it's a matter of persepective!! And creative application of safe and readily available ingredients. Of course, I left the nicotine out of the bars. That would have been naughty!:lol::lol:

Kate thats funny...I was actually thinking about this today...There are a couple of my Liquids that not only wouldnt hurt you, but might actually be good for you if you ate or drank them!!! The ingredients are all natural...Its the nic that worries me , but I remember reading on an old thread in here that (I think Kate aand Tropical Bob were saying that the absorbtion when you drink or eat Nicotine is MUCH lower than when Vaped...Not encouraging anyone to try this PLEASE!!!

Well, you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him think!
When you had a question about nicotine strength, you probably just changed it. My daughter is pulling the same stuff. I sent a fortune in mechanics and supplies, she said she was sick for three days last week. Then she went and looked up nicotine poisoning. I said you should have looked up flu!
I don't think she's used 4-5 cartfuls yet, over two weeks! 18 mg for a pack a day smoker didn't seem over the top to me...she has mixing liquid,..so if it's not going to work, send all the stuff back, so I can pay forward to someone that really wants to quit cigarettes.
Her BF is emabarrassed to take it out in public.
I said you should be more embarrassed to smoke in public. It makes you stink.

I think it's an age thing. I've definitely noticed that older adults are much more likely to switch. I'm taking a couple classes at a local tech school this semester, and every one of these kids want to know "what is that thing?" and ask a zillion questions. But they don't try 'em.

Part of it is the initial cost. I think more of it is that they're afraid they won't look as cool not smoking like their friends. So much for all the FDA's yammering about marketing to kids!

Thanks, Lotus, I think so too, it's the age thing...she's only 38...she never listened, had to go break something first before she'd ask about it!
Then I was supposed to fix it or make it better.
But she keeps saying, if it made my Mom quit smoking, it must work! Ahh. well.

Only
38???

Umm...Kate...we need to talk ;-)
