BTW, the gift I sent was supposed to be from all of us. I guessed many of us shared the same sentiments and asked to not be identified, but they included an invoice...
Here's the letter I wrote for us:
"Ms T,
This is a little token to say how much we, your customers, all feel about you. We may have met because of a sale on e-juice, or the prospect of a neat vaping flavor. But once we got our box of popcorn, tasted your flavors or read your exuberant posts on ECF we were no longer customers, we became family.
You are going through a lot at a time of the year when everyone is supposed to be focused on happy things. Your son's illness and your move are things you have shared - there are undoubtedly a couple of other things going on that you have kept private. Through it all you have laughed and joked with us on the forum. You've kept the orders coming and the quality up.
Something many of us will long remember is that in the midst of this you sent an email to us apologizing for having to take a few days off to move your family and spend time with them during the holiday season. More than once you have shown that you were almost more worried about the impact of an action on us than you were about the challenges you are dealing with. It is easy to say that you live throughout the year what the true meaning of Christmas is supposed to be. This also applies to all of the belief systems that share this universe - you demonstrate the spirits of caring, compassion, excellence and love for your fellow humans. A cynic may say that there is no way to come up with that based on a business and forum relationship. But, when a person has been around a while it is not hard to tell who's got it and who hasn't, and you've got it.
Ms T, your husband will probably give you a Phoenix and you may receive other things from the vaping community as well. Please take this particular Phoenix with the knowledge that you have earned many long term customers and, more importantly, friends for life.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from your vaping friends at ECF!
May all your wishes come true..."
