I know this may sound harsh, however, if you have not done so already, you should consider insisting he take any smoking outside of your home, no matter the weather .. insist as well that he not smoke in the car with you in it and ask to be seated in any non-smoking areas if your area still allows designated smoking areas ..

Then, completely air out your living environment, clean any and all cloth items, etc .. and essentially remove all trace tobacco smell ..

If you continue to smoke at any level, subject yourself to the same routine as him ..

If he cares for you truly, he will abide ..

The first step is desire.
The second step is take it one day, one hour or one minute at a time.

You have to want to stop smoking. There are some people who vape who use e-cigs to supplement smoking. If this is you. No problem. Every e-cig you use is one less cigarette in you body.

However, if you want to be successful quitting you really have to WANT to quit. Ask yourself this question? Am I willing to do ANYTHING to quit smoking. If the answer is yes, then you're ready. If the answer is no, then you're not. With that in mind, do not allow yourself any reservations. You simply need to decide that smoking today is NOT an option. If A day seems to long, then decide that smoking this HOUR is not an option. If you can't do that, get down to the lowest time frame that you know you can "hold out".

Your e-cig should help you get through that time.

If you want to wean yourself off of nicotine, then you start at a level that was ok for you (18mg/ml is where I started) and gradually work yourself down until you get down to zero. I am now at 12, and my next juice purchase will be 6. After 6 I plan to go to zero.

At that point you are nicotine free, and you can either continue to vape for pleasure, or quit vaping altogether. I personally see my self vaping at 0 nic because I enjoy vaping. And since there is no test that can detect PG/VG levels in my blood to determine if I'm vaping, I won't have any health insurance concerns to worry about.
