Offline for one day and look what you've done! Looks great Dreams! I fixed my last one and so far the little button is holding up nice. I made another using a small 12mm flat switch and the top of the bottle fits nice over the top of it, this was I could keep the 2AA box, I had to use that amazing putty in the cap of the bottle to eliminate any leakage. It's still my favorite! Can't wait to see your "how to"...

Umm... MisterD.... you been hitting the "other" juice again? LoL! Now that kind of atty I have fed! Can do! But that system is for the birds... if ya know what I mean.

Stormi! The only thing I'm not lovin' about the version two is about 3/4 of an inch extra and my little precious round tactile switch. But do ya see how pretty it is inside?!!! I melted the bottle and everything!!!! Warping everything here... lol! So I cannot object if anyone says I'm warped.

See how I tried to make the heavy duty horn button into the little round tact?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
:)lol: @ myself)

Glad to hear that you and your version are vaping happy. I am still on the quest for a voltage regulator or home-made switch that I'll feel comfortable with in mine. Though I'm not sure the 5 volt mod is not going to be next. I can just feel it calling to me to make one for my brother. :)

I think I'm gonna order a 3AA and give it a try also. I just made a few more with the 2AA, they turned out great! Especially the second one, I got better at making room for the switch, I melted out a bubble just below the atty and tucked it in there. It feels nice being raised a little and it looks good. The cap to the bottle sits right over the top of it and the tube goes straight up as close to the atty as possible. I'm getting better at cutting the holes for the bottle too. I have 3 now and I like the last one the best.
Getting ready to place an order from MV tomorrow, I have Thursday and Friday off next week for the Holiday and want to try one with an 18650 batty.
I like the idea of the spare atty!!

Wish I could paint mine like yours, it's beautiful!

I was just looking at the airbrush kits, pretty reasonable. Is this something a newby could handle?

Hi storminyte,
My first time using one.
http://i809.photobucket.com/albums/zz17/_Connman_/E-cig Mod Pictures/Picture3.jpg

The big trick is holding it far enough away so it won`t cause a run. Other then that the paint is Createx water based and makes clean up very easy and if it does run just wash it off again and start over.
Then just clear coat over that once it dries. Very easy and the one my sister mentioned in one of these post cleans easy and works fantastic.

Using one makes you want to paint everything around. Plus you start to think hey this color would look good across it somewhere and it just makes you want to paint more.
My second time airbrushing.

My third time airbrushing also some brush work, it`s the one on the left

These mods are to small. I was looking at my sisters Van. :|

Nice Connman, I recognize the lighter. I was going to order a few of those but hot hooked on these juice mods. To me, it would be a step backwards to got without the bottle!
Hey D&C- I saw somewhere where you thought the recessed 510 connectors would get too hot, they don't, I've had my first Nicobox with it recessed and never had a problem.
Also, if I may comment on the tubing...

I use the tube from a (cleaned out, of course) hairspray bottle. I stuff the end in the bottle with that amazing putty to prevent leakage. Then when I send it to the cart, I heat it gently and bend a 90 degree in it so it turns nicely. One piece of tube is so easy and you don't have it danglimg out, it runs snug along the atty. Now I need to go to Hobby Lobby and find more of the tubing, we have several bottles of hair spray with no tubes...LOL Either that or buy more hairspray for more tubing! Either way, one piece is great and no leaks.

Thanks for sharing the tubing idea Stormi! We need all the ideas we can get! I'm not sure I could handle that big of a tube without flooding the atty. The smaller tubes keep me mellowed out on my drip. I'm definitely still in training! But hey, I removed my training wheels this morning and took out the blue foam....... I'm doing okay and it gives an even tastier vape. I'll keep the blue foam out and see if I can handle it. I'm sure I'm like the rest of us here..... CAN WE SEE PICS!!!? Please!?!

Definitely order a couple 3 "AA" boxes... Unfortunately MadVapes does not have that many of the regular black ones left but they do have the Translucent Blue and white ones. Now, the translucent boxes would be great for seeing everything that is tucked inside this mod. That would be sweet with this one! Or... paint the box any color then scrape out designs in the paint.... with an LED on the inside glowing...... gloss coat overtop.... oh beautiful! That's what I want to do with the clear ones I bought.

3 x AA Battery Box, Translucent Blue

And, thank goodness, MadVapes got more of the 3ml bottles!

Here's a pic of the inside with the spare atomizer stored there. You could also store an extra bottle of e-liquid or cut away a bit and put a bigger bottle in there. The 3 ml bottles last me two days so I find much more comfort in knowing I have a fresh, working atty inside in case mine dies or something. I love this idea!

As I drove to work last night vaping contentedly on my little glowing MadVapes Nico-Drip Pacifier..... :p ......... it dawned on me............ OMG, Hoogie had included this 3 "AA" box as a freebee in my last order....... :?:.... In other words, I don't even own it............ Hoogie could say, "Hey DnC, I accidentally dropped my 3 "AA" box in your order while I was processing it and um, I want it back."

8-o

He could probably send the United States Postals after me? I don't need anyone going postal on me. But if I don't send it back because I accepted something through the USPS that I knew wasn't mine.... Hoogie could probably have me arrested? Right?

So........ what I really want to know if anyone knows out there in MadVape Land...... besides tubing and connectors.... does anyone know if they allow vaping in prisons?

Edit to add:

OMG! Beautiful Stormi!!! And so simple! Spray bottle tubing.

You did kind of what Tinear did with his Mahmba. You glued the bottle cap to the tube and then you just unscrew the cap and refill when it's time. Beautiful!!!

You've reminded me of what I meant back when I built my first Nico-Drip..... "keep it simple".... and then I forgot.

I love it! It needs it's own thread to make sure everyone sees it!?

Awww, thanks Dreams! The pics sure show every flaw! Like my straight lines with the dremmel! EEEE-GADS! Anyway, I like it!
Hope yours is not too damaged. Thanks for the help with the pics.
I'm already working on another, just not a batty box this time. Now that I can do the pics, maybe I'll share tomorrow.
One more thing...it's not glued into the cap, I can slide it right out. It's that amazing putty stuff, non-toxic, yadda yadda...

Yeah.... no kidding..... taking these pics is almost scary at what they show! Better than my failing eyesight. I'll look at the pics and be like, "What the hey is that? Ohhh..."

Not glued? I'll have to look up that putty stuff. I have some dental gum that I kept considering using. Would definitely be safe as it is meant to use inside the mouth.

My box will survive fine. Just have to re-melt a bit and sand. I wanted to do this before I post the "how-to" so as to include it in it all in one shot so everyone interested would not have to experiment and end up going through the same thing.

Should be posting my how-to in the next few days. I'll finally have some nights off and I'll have time to get it right the first time. Then off to the next Mod!
