I'm looking for a recommendation for a new NET brand to try. I'm moving to dripping with a kayfun coming in the mail. And all the staff at my local vape shop have told me to cut my nic level in half when I go to dripping because you get so much more nicotine when you're doing that. It took me awhile to get down to 6mg and I don't want to go all the way back up to the equivalent of 12mg just because I want to drip. So ai'm really hoping for a NET brand that will let me do a custom nic level at 3mg.

My old favorite NET brand was MOV. Why I want to move away from them is their juices only come in 0, 9, 18mg, and above levels of nic. I've already talked to the owner of that store via email and they pre-mix all their stuff and won't do custom nic levels. I was willing to go above 6mg for them a little to 9mg in tanks. But I can't go down to 0. And no way I want to go up to the equivalent of 18mg in a dripper.

What I loved about MOV was how "dry" their NET juices taste. I hope you guys know what I mean by dry. I'm hoping you do because on another smaller board I told someone to try MOV. And he did and came back and said how much he loved their dry flavor. I thought that was weird because that was exactly the word I'd used to describe their flavors in the past, just never on that board before. So I guess that's what I'm looking for initially, a NET brand that produces dry flavors that would be a direct replacement for MOV for me.

What I'm doing with MOV NETs is VapeRite is actually my favorite overall brand. But all their flavors have a noticeably sweet bias to them. So occasionally I vape a MOV NET to give my taste buds a break from all that sweetness.

I saw a page or two back where jerms said RBFS was very similar to MOV. But I checked the site they sell that juice on, vapingwatch, com, and I didn't see any samples. Having to buy a bunch of full bottles just to try a flavor is a real turn off. But unfortunately necessary occasionally.

I've tried HHV, VapeRite, and MOV NETs. VapeRite's are good. But I'm not crazy about sweetness mixed in with my tobacco flavors (RY4 being an exception). HHV didn't nearly live up to all the hype for me and has that same sweet bias to their flavors that VapeRite has. And MOV like I said was my favorite.

My favorite MOV NET was easily Pendragon, later followed by Hey Jack and their RY4 variant. I didn't like their Apache at all. It tasted dirty and muddy to me.

I tried BWB too and didn't like their tobaccos. It was like they had a bunch of high notes and not a lot of low notes which didn't sit well with my taste buds for tobacco flavors. And their famed Turkish tobacco flavor, Casablanca I think it's called, tasted like it had notes of urine in it to me. But their banana flavor was the best banana I've ever had, and I've tried several bananas looking for a good one, all the rest were disappointments, but really liked BWB banana.

Ahlusion aromatics are pretty dry. Especially Blue Grass Burley and Devil Dog!. Their non-aromatics Smooth Criminal and Sahara Blend are also dry. Also Quick Nic Juice, specifically Grandpa's Night Cap and Fire in the Hole. I haven't tried it, but their Habana Daydream, by the description, seems like it'd be dry.

Also, MyVapeJuice NETs are pretty dry and very good. Also extremely easy on coils.

Ether Vapes Pure Burley, Nomad and Eclipse are also fairly dry.

Bill, I agree your Milan Chartwell is a top shelf vape and would be a good introduction to English blends for home extractors. Not nearly as aggressive or bold and sweeter than more traditional English blends, it is easily an all day vape.

Milan Centenary has become my go-to straight English blend and I recommend it also.

I tried this extraction Joni made in a trade and it is one of my top shelf favorites! What a wonderful vape. the original mixture was a blend of fifteen different tobaccos and not to be overlooked! Thanks Joni. :thumb:

Overnight in the dripper, Smokin' Cherries tastes the same as last night. I'm amazed at how totally different this juice to my previous bottle. I've recommended SC as a pretty awesome cherry tobacco before, but I can't recommend this. It's just too odd of a juice, one of the oddest flavors I've ever had. There's something intriguing about the cherry flavor that I may grow to enjoy, I have no idea. It's pretty tart.

This sounded like a good idea, so vaping Centenary now. I already thought it was great, but with a rayon wick it's even better. Up there with my other favorite Latakia blends, Porch Rocker and SoGent.

Isn't it amazing? Haven't tried it with Rayon yet. Had some more of John's Virginia spice last night. Top notch.

Currently vaping Nomad from Ethervapes. Don't know if it's the Rayon or just that it has a little more age on it, but I'm enjoying it even more than I did at first. Much more flavorful.

Cool, I ended up picking Nomad for my contest win, so will be receiving it soon. Will probably let it age a couple weeks before trying. Yeah, for me the rayon seems to make some blends more flavorful.

Just finished rebuilding a Kanger T2 coil thanks to a tutorial from Joe13 over at the Halo forum. The Halo Triton tank and T2 tank share the same coils. I rebuilt using 28 gauge Kanthal, about 9 wraps around one of those tiny screwdrivers than comes with rebuildables, this one has a point and came with the Phoenix V4 dripper. Came out to 1.3 ohms, and wasn't as difficult as one might imagine with the confined assembly area.

I wicked it with a single long strand of rolled cotton. Probably too much, since the ends sit on the tanks floor. I filled it with HHV Legend and let it sit for a while to make certain the wicks saturated under the coil since I did not pre-soak. I am currently running it on my MVP around 3.6 volts and it's vaping well.Flavor and vapor are brilliant.

I only wished I had saved more spent coil heads. It was much easier than anticipated.

I surprise myself I am getting pretty consistent at rebuilding protank/evod coils. I use a toothpick because they are handy and I can cram them down into the head without damage. Kinda tricky to pull the toothpick out but slow rotation does the trick. I aim for about 2 ohm.

pardon the typos, on my phone :)

Have you tried using a 5/64 drillbit? I believe they are the same size as a toothpick, and would be easier to slide out. Not as handy as a toothpick, but may make the process easier on you.

Hey Dusty, if you have time could you add IndigoVapor to the new NET vendor list in the first post?

I live down the street from the main VapeRite store in Woodstock, GA. Last time I bought there (maybe a couple of weeks ago?) I noticed they had new bottles. Most noticeable thing to me was that the tip at the top has a much smaller opening in it. Probably smaller to make it easier to fill tanks without splashing around. I didn't see a red label or anything though.

They have an online chat on their web site, but they're probably not open at this hour yet. Wait or send them an email?

I sent them an email. I noticed they have 2 x VR4's listed one under organic and one under tobaccos. I've always ordered the organic and this new red bottle says organic. I just hope they didn't change anything, its the best YR4 to my taste buds by far.

I was enjoying the Mom & Pops TNT tobacco in my dripper tonight. It was such a tiny sample that I had received from BuffaloBore last Autumn. Finally got around to trying it. Very nice. Could barely tell it was TA. A nice [fire or flue] cured Virginia up front, with a light vanilla and medium caramel exhale. Smooth, not too sweet. The listing for TNT only mentions American tobacco extract and vanilla, but the vanilla is minute, while I taste mostly caramel.

And there wasn't much of a twang to this TA like I've had previously. If I didn't know it was TA, I probably wouldn't mention it.

Overall, TNT Tobacco from Mom & Pops Vapor Shop is a smooth, relaxing semi-sweet tobacco vape. So far, I've liked 2 out of 4 tobaccos from them. 2 more to try.

Probably best to not get comfortable with them. Mrs. T Bakery has turned into the synthetic version of NET.com.

Edit : NOT M&P, had a senior moment, I meant Mrs. T's Bakery. :eek:ops
